Really good selection of wigs and other hair supplies. The ladies that work here were helpful.

Horrible! I bought a wig here yesterday and when I got home I discovered that the wig in the package was defective or a completely different wig than what was labeled.
I brought the wig back today and explained the situation. They acknowledged that the wig I bought was defective, but they refused to give me a refund or exchange! They weren’t willing to work with me at all to correct their mistake. I need the wig that I came for because it’s what I wear daily. I ended up having to purchase another wig at the store and losing money on the defective one.
I would not recommend Ebony Beauty Mart in Austin to anyone!
