What a great way to remove the hassle factor from a big project! Doorstep sent their Archivist out to my home, in the country, and took care of everything. She set up her work station, plugged in, and had almost 400 photos scanned and loaded on a thumb drive before I knew it. Saved us all kinds of time and took a big load off our minds since the pictures are now safe and portable. Jack Perry was attentive and thorough with follow up. I will certainly use them again for big projects.

What initially caught my eye about Doorstep Digital was the name itself. Who wants to send their priceless photos off in the mail somewhere to be scanned? An Archivist comes directly to your doorstep, fully equipped, and scans your photos on the spot. They are fast and efficient and got my photos scanned in minimal time along with the highest quality. They also offer the service of scanning artwork, which my 3 year old has a ton of. The owner, Jack Perry, prides himself with exceptional customer service, which I encountered first hand. Overall, I had a 5 star experience with Doorstep Digital and will continue to use them to preserve my memories.
