Done Rite Foundation Repair

Great Company. I had them come out and look at my foundation and rather than take me, they said I didn’t need a repair. Who does that? In any event, it made me trust Chris.

So, 5 MONTHS after my original review, I started receiving messages from the owner of this company. As the messages continued, they got more and more unprofessional. He originally stated he was the owner and asked me why I wrote such negativity and the information I stated was false. I replied that I did, in fact, call the BBB 5 months ago to verify they were accredited, like their website states. 5 months ago, they were not registered. He replied back saying I was wrong and «Because of what you have posted you cost a realtor the sale of a house as well as a current owner who really needed to get the home sold so he could move a prospective buyer. I would respectfully ask that the negativity you wrote about my company be removed. One last note about the BBB. They are not a free company you have to pay to be a member as well as pay extremely high fees to be accredited. «
I replied with, «Wow! I simply stated facts. Are you accredited now? Your website says you are… Your website stated 5 months ago you were BBB, when in fact you were not. Even if your business type had changed, it would have been registered in your name… which I double checked. The woman at the office was very accommodating, and checked several resources before saying, definitively, that there was no record of you or your business. Since your website stated you were BBB accredited, regardless of fees, and are not, then you are not being honest. Makes one wonder if you are not truthful about easily attained public information, then what else will you stretch the truth about. The fees do not matter. I cannot claim to be a doctor just because medical school was expensive»
This apparently made him angry because the messages just got absurd after this…
«Reading your info it looks like you are a vary unhappy person who makes it her mission to complain about everything and everybody. Get a life!!!» «You have a lot of time on your hands and is probably a good reason we did not contract with you. Thank you for your opinion but what you were told was not true. Have a wonderful evening and I am sure you did not complete med school»
I thought my original review was very objective and just stated the facts. I even left out the fact his website stated 5 months ago he was also part of the national home builders association and when I called, he wasn’t. I highly suggest you google this guy and do your homework if you choose to go with this guy. Foundation repair is expensive. Several thousands of dollars isn’t something most people can just throw away and foundation repair, if done incorrectly, can really damage your home. I originally gave him 2 stars, trying to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. But I think now, in fact, this guy really is a piece of work.
