Unfriendly peeps, pizza was okay… really folks, how hard is to look up and say hey, someone will be right with you. No red pepper, cheese or seasoning packets — cheap asses. Next time, HEB frozen will do.

Brad the Cook made a wonderful tasty meal. Kyle delivery was early than expected and was polite and maintained a professional attitude. I had the Italian Sandwich and Pasta Alfredo, and Cina Sticks all delicious !!!

Delivery was fast. Whoever cuts the pizzas never took geometry though. tiny pieces and HUGE pieces. It’s not that hard to cut a pizza — all four pizzas we got were cut terribly. Called back and were told sorry, but no attempt was made to «make it right». Two of the pizzas were over-cooked also. I like Domino’s but this was subpar.

Drivers have always been awful. They blocked a parking spot, expect a tip. Don’t even try to ask for a manager, you’re better off giving your money else where.

Dominos has lost me as a customer. It’s ridiculous that I pay over $ 6 bucks for pasta that has no sauce. Dominos claims that EXTRA sauce means you get 1.5oz. Even their extra sauce does not cover the pasta. If I wanted to eat noodles I can boil those in my kitchen. The pizzas also had very little cheese on the thin crust. It makes no sense. Too many pizza places to deal with this lack of common sense and shitty food.

I have been going to this Domino’s for years and they always I have the best tasting pizza. One time I ordered a pizza for pick up and they delivered it by accident, and the driver said he couldnt take a credit card. So he took the pizza back to the store and I had to pick it up, which I was going to do in the first place. Besides that I never had any complaints. The short Mexican lady that works at the counter is really nice too.

Have ordered from this location several times and never again. Inconsistent as hell, usually arrives cold. Overall I like the Dominos brand, this store is terrible

Went in for some carry out. The woman who took my order was irritable and not very nice. When my pizzas were ready I noticed that there was hardly any pepperoni on them. Seeing as how they were pepperoni pizzas I told the employee there wasn’t enough pepperoni on them and she called over the manager. He proceeded to tell me that all the pepperoni was stuck in the cuts between slices and picked two pieces of pepperoni out. It was ridiculous! He could tell I wasn’t buying it and half-heartedly offered to remake them. I told him«No thanks. I just won’t come back.» To make matters worse they had put my pizzas in mangled boxes which opened on the drive home. The pizzas made a huge mess in my car and were inedible. I will NEVER go back there again!

Wow! After having lived in Austin for so long, I’ve come to expect mediocre service and pizza. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered my pizza that they were so nice and helpful. When my pizza and cheesy bread arrived at my house, both were still hot and oh so delicious! There are lots of other pizza places that you can choose from, but I recommend choosing this Dominos location if you truly want to treat yourself.

As of today, I will no longer order from Dominos. I was required to register fro a 30 free trial on ShopRunner just to get pizza delivery.

A few months ago, we had some issues with this location. They were mentioned in my previous review. However, I contacted the owner of the franchise, and he assured me that they would get things straightened out. He also gave us some credit for our next couple of visits. Since then, their service and food quality has vastly improved. So, I’m raising their star rating because of this. Good job, Domino’s.

The place is run like a frat house. Bunch of pompous arrogant jackasses who berate women after they get off the phone with them. All this talk while customers wait in the lobby. They have no customer service skills ATALL and if I was a manager there I would fire everyone and start over. Won’t be back.

Bad service. I just call to ask can I change my pickup order. The girl who work over there, she is not friendly and mean, hang up the phone. Never come back again.

I *love* Dominos’ bread bowl chicken alfredo. I don’t know what it is about it, but I LOVE it. It’s pretty much all I order from Dominos. That said… The last time I ordered it(again, this is Chicken Alfredo Bread Bowl pasta), it didn’t have any chicken. Not a single piece. I’ve had a piece of errant pineapple show up in my alfredo from here before, but the chicken that was SUPPOSED to be there was completely missing. The time before that, the bread bowl was missing. It showed up in the aluminum tin, even though it showed on the website, in the email receipt, and ONTHEDAMNBOX that it was supposed to have a bread bowl.(I called and let them know, and they offered to make another one and send it out, or give me a credit. I don’t like calling to order, though, so I probably won’t end up using the credit.) And, finally, this time I ordered(a few minutes ago) I received a call telling me that their truck didn’t arrive with their shipments, so they had no pasta. I’m not faulting them for this last one. Shit happens. Normally, I’d continue about my business and try ordering again another time. But, when it’s the third«bad experience» in a row… Well, there’s not much sympathy left. I guess I’m done trying to order these previously-delicious concoctions. :(

You know, I’ve never considered giving a fast-food pizza place five stars before(4 stars even,) but this location is amazing. After a bad experience with the pizza and wings we ordered here, we contacted the corporate office and the manager from this location, Anthony, responded to our complaint. He’s one of the nicest people we have ever dealt with in customer service. Not only did he fix the issue, he actually went over and beyond with our re-order. He was apologetic and understood our concerns. I want to thank you so much if you are reading this Anthony. The pizza we received was amazing, thank you for making us members of the Domino’s family again! We will only order from this location from now on! We’ve found a keeper :) If only all customer service experiences were like this… the world would be a better place :)

Domino’s is our favorite delivery place because we love the pizza, especially since they have ‘redone it’ and the drivers are always friendly. I like the online ordering as well as the tracking feature so I know when to expect my delivered pizza or when I should leave the house to pick it up. With all the pizza we’ve ever ordered here, it has only ever been wrong once or twice, which is a decent ratio.
