The last two experiences have been adventures. And ordering pizza delivery from a chain based on delivering pizzas should never be an adventure. Last week, the delivery took an hour and a half due to «being very busy.» Today’s order took just under an hour. When the pizza arrived, it was cold, the box was crushed, and the crushed box ensured that the pizza was crushed too. The delivery driver offered perfunctory apologies. When I called the store, the manager blamed the delay on the fact that Domino’s has federal contracts to provide pizzas to the public schools and that those orders get priority. He said that the pizza was crushed because the delivery driver over-stacked the boxes.(Apparently, they are allowed to stack four, but no more, boxes on top of each other.) I gave them a second chance after last week. There’s no third chance. Looks like I’ll be making friends with Papa or the Hut the next time I want to order in at the office.

Good service– very polite! They found my duplex very easily– at least I hope it was easy!

I called the Berkman store rather that order on line because I wanted a standard deluxe pie with one swapped item and the online appt was pricing it way too high. I’ve now been on hold for 28 minutes. If they don’t have enough people to take phone orders they shouldn’t even offer that option. While on hold I ordered from a competitor and wrote this review. Over 30 minutes on hold now. And if she says«our pizza is worth the wait» again I’m going to die. I’m out!

I ordered two pizza’s and they were NEVER delivered. When I called the store after being on hold for 10 minutes, they told me the driver could not find my address, I questioned that if the address was put into a smart phone or GPS it would bring them to my front door and that also the numbers on my house were VERY visible from the street. Then the manager got on and told me that the pizzas never went out for delivery but that he canceled the order because they had 4 pizzza’s ahead of mine that were already 40 minutes behind. When I asked for the GM to call me on monday, the manager hung up on me. As I write this I am 5 minutes into my hold on my second call to the store.

I have been ordering from this location for over three years now. It has never been bad, but they are doing and excellent job with their store these days. 25 minutes from the time I clicked order and had a rock band start announcing my order was being prepared, a nice cold soda, hot pizza arrived at my door step. Very friendly, polite drivers, and they always seem to remember the extras on my order. Thanks for kicking some pizza deliver a**

Food is good, but they forgot my blue cheese dressing with the buffalo chicken. C’mon that’s essential! We called and asked them to bring it. They are 3 minutes away and it’s been 20 min and it still hasn’t arrived. Booo!

I came in to pick up an order I placed(or thought I’d placed) online, only to realize I had accidentally not put my order all the way in. The staff was super friendly and helpful and put in my order and had it out in no time. They were all working really hard, and they all were cheerful and seemed happy to be there. We usually order our pizzas from the store on N Lamar, but for some reason they were closed when I went to order. Glad it worked out how it did, because I enjoyed my experience at this store so much more than the location right down the street. The difference is friendly people, and I will drive a little further to talk to people that don’t have a bad attitude.

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now. Fast and efficient service. Food is as expected really good for pizza that’s considered fast food. I love the Dominos tracker. It makes it easier to pick up my orders. Their Parmesan bites are awesome! I highly recommend this particular location because the food is pretty good and the service is on point.

Don’t order from here unless you have exact change. Delivery man had to take my order back because he didn’t have change.

I’ve never had a less than 4 star service here, they get an extra star because some reviewers think they can give this place ONE star because they could not accommodate a late night patron that placed an order so close to when they close. I’m pretty sure these guys are open till 1 or 2 in the morning on the weekends and I know I wouldn’t want to stay open another 30 minutes for one more order. I do live relatively close, but I’ve always received great quality, and I know I’m talking about Dominos here, people, but you’ve got to understand: They made me think it could be done WELL. I know Im not a super generous tipper and the STILL have given me consistently great service, because I’ve worked in a pizza place and I really do know how it is.

Placed a delivery order, got a call back saying they had already closed and I wouldn’t be getting my food. I work at a pizza shop too, so I’m pretty understanding, but don’t say you’re open when you’re not, or ornery hungry potential customers like me will leave bad reviews. Sorry.

There’s really not a lot to say about their pizza that hasn’t already been said(I DO love their Sandwiches though). But, what makes this Dominos stand out is their delivery folks. I wish I remembered their names but they are AWESOME! They always arrive on time, they are nice, and hey, you gotta love a driver that compliments your cat. So yeah, the Berkman location has awesome Delivery peeps! Keep up the great work, guys!

I had been wanting to try Domino’s again since I heard that they had revamped their menu and had improved everything. Sadly, this location must not have gotten the memo. The pizza was the same old, greasy, unattractive, nearly indigestible, overcooked pizza that I remember from the last time I decided that I would never buy their pizza again. To make matters worse, I ordered their garden salad and received a bowl of old lettuce, with a small amount of dry shredded carrot and two small plum tomatoes. It appeared to be about a week old. I couldn’t eat it. My wife said her salad was fine, I guess she got a fresh one. I’m giving this experience one star only because the pizza was made promptly and the staff was nice. I will not buy another Dominos pizza.

Sure… I had a Domino’s Pizza checkin, and an hour later had a checkin from nearby House Pizzeria. Sure, the first was for my wife, and the second was for me. Does that make me a bad person? No, and here’s why: Domino’s now has a gluten free crust. House does not. I ordered using the cinchy Domino’s phone app. Quick and painless. Quick Tip: Always tell the app you are«paying with cash», and avoid the slow(but hopefully safe?) process of entering your payment info. Now, the only negative is that the app then told me that it would be «55−65 minute» before I could pick up my order. Egads! My poor wife would die of starvation by then! But the«pizza tracker» part of the app, that tells you when«Danny put your pizza in the oven» or whatever, says it will be about 20 minutes. You can even post your pizza tracker to your facebook page… if you’re a weirdo. I get there, and the pizza’s ready, piping hot. Looks a little overdone, but I don’t have time to question it. I bring it to my wife’s work and she is very grateful and comments that it smells good. That’s a plus, as we aren’t even regular customers of Domino’s, even from before her gluten allergy was diagnosed. Before I was a mile away, she texted how yummy it was, and that it was among her two fave GF pizzas in town. That’s pretty high marks from someone who has pretty much given up on all food Italian after numerous GF disappointments. Even leftover, it really held up. So, kudos to you, Berkman Domino’s! You are fast, friendly, and free of gluten, and won a couple fans. 4*

It’s hard giving this particular store 4 stars because they have always exceeded my expectations of a pizza chain. Every time I order Trista, Urbano, Mike, Michelle, and the rest of the team(forgive me for not knowing the names), give me outstanding customer service compared to the wages they make(i worked in a pizza chain for 5 years). So, great job to the team. Always on time! Always baked well. Very responsive to feedback which is what tells me that they REALLY look at the feedback. Manager called me less than 5 minutes after I sent some«criticizing» feedback. The only reason that I am giving it 4 stars is because I am trying to Unilocal about the food quality. The pizza isn’t good enough for being a pizza. BUT, for a pizza chain product, the pizza coming out of the Berkman location is a damn good pizza. Great job! You are my favorite team! Keep up the good work!

Wow! First to review a Domino’s. Sweet! I’m actually embarrassed to admit how much I love Domino’s, but I confess; I do. I grew up on Domino’s and when it comes to eating cheap-ass, bottom of the barrel pizza, my loyalty to Domino’s never wavers. For about $ 15(including the pesky delivery charge, not including tip), I get two medium two-topping pizzas which provides my boyfriend and me dinner for the night and lunch for the next day. It always arrives quickly, they’ve never screwed up my order, and the delivery guys are ALWAYS really nice. Thank you, Domino’s, for staying true to me since the tender age of eight.
