Diamond Dental

These guys are very nice and very honest. I had a crown redone here, and it feels very good. I don’t know what they did, but it feels better than my last one. No more meat getting stuck in the back and it just feels better when I bite down.

Very unprofessional. the front staff was unable to verify a appointment that I made 2 weeks prior because my appointment was on a Saturday! He told me they take my insurance yet still won’t see me unless I pay for the appointment in cash and be reimbursed later. That was totally unprofessional and stupid and can’t believe I drove an 1 hr to get to the appointment. I will never go back or refer any one to this dentist.

In response to the comment below, very untrue. Please stop trying to show that your staff was professional when they weren’t.
When I walked in you told my insurance was already verified. And FYI the young lady that called the day before my appointment called me to remind me that I had a appointment the next day I told I couldn’t talk because I was at work and I couldn’t talk I would see her the next day. However on Saturday my appointment was at 4pm… if there was a issue wouldn’t they call before my appointment if they were I was coming???
When I had to drive a hour just to get to the appointment is when the dentist told me he couldn’t verify my insurance because he JUST called and they were closed because it was a Saturday!!! Smh… I work for the city… please be clear I have dental insurance… this dentist is highly unprofessional!

Tom was very thorough. I came to Diamond Dental to examine some upper jaw pain. I wasn’t sure of the source, be it wisdom tooth or cavity. Unlike other dentists, he listened to my description of the pain and focused solely on that area rather than doing an entire examination (very time efficient!). Will definitely be going back to take care of it.

Tom is the friendliest dentist in town. I’ve been to a few in South Austin and haven’t always had the best experience when it comes to making me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process. I really appreciate his professional demure and his thoroughness when it came to going over my teeth assessment and hygiene protocal. Highly recommended.
