I have purchased several homes in my life and David Mosrie was the best realtor i have ever worked with. He showed us options in Travis and Hays county as well as help narrow our search and show us breakdowns of past sales matching our search. He had great referrals as far as loan officers, title comanies, etc. When we had any issues throughout the process he helped handle each one. It was great knowing we could rely on him 100% to help us get through the process. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve not had the best experiences with realtors. They seem to be a fickle lot. David is not. He’s a conscientious, punctual, dedicated fellow. The best of the realtors I’ve conscripted to my service.

Dave did an outstanding job for our family. First, Dave is incredibly knowledgeable. He REALLY knows his stuff and he takes the time to explain all the fine print and details. After speaking with Dave, I knew he was the one that would help us find our home. Quick, sharp, intuitive, and funny. He met with us in person on a Sunday late evening and gave us his undivided attention as we explained our situation. He provided us his expertise and guided us, literally every step of the way from beginning to the end. We were in a situation where we had less than 30 days to find a home, close and move. Now, he could of said «no thanks» or «sorry, can’t do that» but instead he made us a priority and pushed forward at warp speed to help us with the whole ordeal. He responded to every question, communicated daily, and went to bat for us every step of the way; even managed to knock off an extra 4k of the purchase price, which was already below market value. Had it not been for his diligence, extensive knowledge and foresight, we’d probably be living somewhere on a rented lot instead of our huge, newly built custom home on an acre of land. Truly, this guy is the best. He is not just our agent, but now family friend we can count on with our real estate needs.

Dave is not your usual shallow, schmoozing, glad-​handing real estate agent who promises the moon and delivers a chunk of stale Swiss cheese. My wife and I have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years and have some crazy stories. The point of this review, however, is explain why my wife and I think Dave is awesome.
He negotiated a very good deal for us on an unusual property. It took a while to close the deal because of the seller’s circumstances, but Dave stuck with it, handled it completely and represented our interests very well.
Dave was responsive to our questions and frequently gave us nuggets of related information that ends up helping us in ways we didn’t foresee. We got so much time, attention, energy, and patience from Dave, we wondered at one point if we were his only clients! Seriously, we knew he was working other deals simultaneously but it was an extraordinarily high level and quality of customer service.
Dave thinks of the stuff you wouldn’t. He’s not just 5 steps ahead of you, he’s simultaneously 2, 3, 4 and 5 steps ahead of you but helps you take each one in turn, informing you of the risks and benefits along the way. As other reviewers have said, his unique background in architecture, energy-​efficient design, and building are key. His knowledge of the housing business, building codes, area history, and a surprisingly broad network of people, as well as his experience in multiple markets around the country, position Dave to add real value.
We have come away from every real estate deal we’ve ever done feeling, at best, misled by our real estate agent and, at worst, shafted. The experience with Dave could not have been more opposite.

So much so, that we put our son’s vision in his hands too. They are close to closing a deal. It was a chore, but David took care of him as if he was his own… we appreciate that more than we can say.
