Daniel Boardman Residential Design

I found an architect/​design that listens, has good ideas, and is knowledgeable about construction and city requirements. This is very valuable, I know because of past experience using other architects for business and residential projects that outcomes were not as pleasing.
In 2009, my family moved into my father’s 1962 home to take care of him and my father-​in-​law. Needless to say a remodel was needed, and fortunately I found Daniel Boardman to draw up plans. He is easy to communicate with, has good solid ideas, and explains what he is drawing and why. I was very pleased with his plans, accurate measurements that new walls actually met perfectly, knowledgeable of space needed, knowledgeable of materials to use, not to mention a pleasing design. This past summer, I again contracted Daniel to draw plans for an outdoor kitchen for my home. I am very pleased with his design and plans, but have to wait later to construct because of a daughter’s wedding soon. I have recommended Daniel to my friends and they too were pleased with Daniel’s ideas and designs.
