Update — Dancing Dingo did finally send my order in Jan 2016. I’m glad they followed through and am happy with the issue resolution. My thanks to DD for the shipment. Do not purchase anything from them online. You will never receive the shipment or receive a refund. Same story as everyone else here. I’m still out $ 65 from Jun 2014. I’ve tried disputing through credit cards and Paypal but my patience has caused this to now be unresolveable through them, even though Dancing Dingo is adamant that they cannot refund me and it must go through the credit card company. There’s no reason Dancing Dingo can’t send me a check. Maybe they are bankrupt? And then recently Dancing Dingo said they would finally ship me the items. And then no response to any outreach. Short of small claims court I don’t expect to ever see my money back.

It’s February 62016. I was promised by the owner Kathy that she would ship my order that was mistakenly cancel when they moved to the new lab. It’s been 3 months since that promised and I haven’t received anything. Please help!!! What can I do so this company sends me my shipment! I used to be Dancing Dingo #1 fan and long time customer. I placed an order back October 18, 2014 #2555 and I have not received my product. I have open a ticket complaint and called. So far no answer. I’m so sad and disappointed that I haven’t received an email or call from Kathy. It’s August 23, 2015, getting close to a year and I haven’t received my order. I’m so sadden by the outcome because dancing dingo it’s the most amazing natural product and honestly I haven’t found anything close to it.

I ordered from them in late February and I am still waiting at just about the 2 month mark. I have always liked their products though they have always had a rather slow turn around time… BUT, this is ridiculous. I have also tried to email twice with no answer from them… just disgusted.

Placed an order in February for multiple products totalling over $ 50. Still haven’t received anything. For weeks my order status has said that the order has already been shipped. But since everyone else has had this problem I’m guessing their system automatically marks every order as ‘shipped’ as soon as the order is made, regardless of whether it’s been dispatched or not. Like everyone else my attempts to contact them have been to no avail Classic scam. This company is a disgrace.

I too have the same issue with Dancing Dingo. I placed an order(#2768) on March 14, 2015 for $ 50 — still have not received the products. There is no way to contact them except email; they have not responded to any of my emails. I finally submitted a complaint to Paypal. One reviewer got their product a week after she submitted a complaint to paypal; i hope it works for me as well! good products bad business model when customers feel they are getting scammed!

I placed an order with Dancing Dingo on February 21, 2015 and so far have received nothing. I have e-mailed them twice with no response. THISCOMPANYIS A SCAM! There is no phone number to contact them either. Their website says they respond to emails within 48 hours, ha! Try over two weeks and multiple emails with NO response. My next step is contacting the better business bureau. My order was Order Number 2739 Item# 2739.

I opened a complaint ticket for them through paypal and finally got a response. They mailed my product out within a week. They said that their computer system had mistakenly marked my order as already filled and shipped. Considering all the other similar reviews about them not sending orders or returning e-mails I wonder about that. Seems like that«glitch» has been going on for a while. The product itself was just«meh» Not terrible but not great either. definitely not ordering again

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would! Placed a large order and was charged next day and never received my order… over 2 ½ months ago! Emailed many times and no response! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering… This business should be shut down!!!

Buyer beware! I paid and never got the product! I’ve written them 3 times and have gotten no reply. It was like pissing my money into the wind. It’s been about 6 weeks since I placed the order. They don’t provide any shipping info so I don’t know if it was sent and lost or simply never sent out at all. Total bummer. Shop elsewhere!

Well maybe it takes a negative Unilocal review but I finally, 4 months later, received my order. No apology, no acknowledgement, just a box with a label that was created in October(wtf?! They couldn’t send a packed box for 3 months???) I hate to say it but they have great, great products… if you can get them. They never responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint either. I would forgive and forget if I got some kind of acknowledgment and reason why they are unable to correspond with their customers at all or assurance that if you order something from them you will not get ripped off. GET A PHONENUMBER, RESPONDTOCLIENTINQUIRIES!

Not to sound like a broken record but TWICE I ordered from Dancing Dingo and TWICE I never received any items… I know, why would I order again if I never received the first order(it was a sale and figured I’d give them a second chance!). Ordered items July ’14 and November ’14 and waited over a month and never received my order. Emailed them a bunch of times and never received any sort of reply or even acknowledgement that were checking into it! Got a refund form PayPal the first time and am waiting on refund for the second order. Like others, I am beginning to think this is a scam operation.

Ordered via wife’s Paypal October 21st. It is now December 22nd and no product has been forthcoming. The company ignores every reasonable attempt to reach them, including emails and via their ‘Contact Us’ button on the website(there is no telephone number). Unfortunately after 45 days, Paypal will not intervene. They appear to be running a scam operation, and we will now seek the assistance of the Austin TX District Attorney’s office. Hopefully you will have read this BEFORE placing an order. They need to be prevented from stealing people’s money.

Love the product. Ordered some cologne and shower gel for my son. Company has been sketchy on delivery. Still have not received 1 item from my order from last Christmas! Despite phone calls and e-mails, cannot recommend this company due to poor customer service. Too bad, seems to be a really good product.
