Craig O’s Pizza

We used to love CraigO’s pizza until tonight. I called to see if they could do plain wings and was told by 2 different people that we could get them plain, our mom has a lot of different allergies. So we ordered our pizza and the plain wings for delivery. They were really nice about it and our total was $ 32 and change. The delivery came really quick and the driver was really nice, so we gave $ 40 and told him to keep the change. We get everything inside and the wings are NOT plain but have been baked in a sauce. So I called and the young girl that answered was confused so she handed me off to a guy that just said CraigO’s, later found out that he is the owner. He was anything but nice. He told me that his people gave me wrong information and they only came in BBQ or Hot. So I told him I wanted my money back for everything and I was pissed. He told me I didn’t have anything to be pissed about and to calm down. I raised my voice and I told him that I wanted the driver to bring my money back and I’d give the food back because we ordered the pizza because we could get the plain wings there. He yelled at me and told me to never call back again. Great customer service dick head!!!
