Poor customer service, if any. Left a car there for estimate. Got a laundry list of things that did not seem to be needed. Asked for 1 thing to be done. Never got a call back. Tried to call and had to leave messages. Never got calls returned. 3 days later I picked up my untouched car that was covered in dirt.

Covert Collision was recommended to me via GEICO after my wreck. Little did I know choosing them was a disastrous decision. The staff was kind and inviting when I first arrived but that belied a much greater dysfunction. The first issue stemmed from not delivering on an agreed completion date. I dropped the car off on July 8th and was told it would be finished by July 17th. Despite this, the car wasn’t finished until July 23rd. If it weren’t for my coverage, the costs of this completion time would have been costly. For what they lack in punctuality, they worsen significantly with their egregious dishonesty. During the 18 days they had my vehicle, they took it upon themselves to steal my personal belongings from my vehicle. These include a $ 40 phone charger and well over $ 15 in change in my two cup holders. I contacted their head office repeatedly looking for answers. The first time, I was told I’d receive a call back within 15 minutes. I heard nothing for the remainder of the day. Clearly, their management was avoiding addressing the situation. After I finally spoke to someone after three days calling, they insisted their repair team hadn’t taken the charger. When you’re already in a sensitive position paying hundreds of dollars for repairs following a wreck, this isn’t an acceptable resolution. In closing, I don’t want to discredit the work they did on the car. The repairs have been satisfactory. However, you cannot trust these people with your property. If you are forced to use their services, DON’T leave any belongings in your car. Regardless of how much faith you might have in your fellow man, the workers at Covert cannot be trusted. They will steal your belongings and refuse to be accountable. I highly recommend using a different service.
