I’ve had really good luck here with furnishing our new home. We went the first time responding to an ad for an lawnmower on Craigslist, were a little weirded out by the warehouse façade/​nondescript exterior but then pleasantly surprised that they had some really cool merchandise. Kind of feels like you found a gem in the rough.
My favorite items are anything from Home Decorators Collection. It’s expensive to buy furniture (and pay for shipping) from that website, but it’s really good quality stuff. You can usually find quite a bit of that here. Also, there are lots of items with Amazon stickers. One of the employees told me they generally take about 30 – 40 percent off the retail price — you can see them looking up items online and calculating the price, but know that there is usually some wiggle room.
For example, I bought a beautiful Home Decorators Collection couch that retailed for upwards of $ 1,000, but it was missing legs and the upholstery was pretty dirty (it washed up just fine). I ended up paying around $ 300. I also found our cedar porch swing there (handmade by a local woodworker). There can be some great deals if you’re willing to look through it all, bargain a bit, (and of course, check in online for a 10 percent discount).

Don’t waste your time, it’s a big Gaf… they don’t have much and what they do have is no deal on price believe me, i’ve seen better prices at Walmart or Big Lots.
the prices aren’t worth going there for. sheet sets are cheaper at big lots. and so the towels and pillows.

Charter AMG does crooked business! I bought a PALLET of high end ebay merchandise to sell on ebay. Boy was it a BIG mistake! I was promised one thing from their sales manager Eloy and received something else. They put all the good stuff on the top of the pallet and the middle and bottom had all garbage, broken merchandise that was not even ebay worthy. I ended up loosing a lot of time and money dealing with Charter on my 1^st attempt to do business. Some people have left positive feedback, I guess if you go there to pick out 1 item to buy for personal use it is ok. I was there to start a new relationship with a new supplier in the end I got robbed! lost all my time and all my money. The owners and sales people are all crooks. I would highly do my research and be very careful when dealing with this company. Other than that I guess in life you live and learn that’s what it is all about. I am sorry Nick you had the same exact issue as I did. Just like Nick, I was promised by Eloy that he would get back to me after he discussed my issue with his boss with a resolution they just blew me off. Since then I have found a brand new supplier that has been honest and practices good business unlike charter AMG. STAY AWAY!!!

Found out about these guys when looking for an inexpensive tool chest. Decided to give these guys a look. I found what I wanted — got twice as much as I was looking for at half the price. Definitely some gems to be found there. Think of it as a scratch and dent store. Lots of damaged wares being sold, some with significant damage, others with an inconsequential piece missing. This is a place where if you see it — buy it, it may not be there next time. Guess I’ll have to schedule a trip there every few weeks just to be sure.

Charter AMG is a steals & deals heaven! Their inventory is ever changing but the deals are worth the visit. $ 10 pillows, $ 30 foam mattress pads, furniture ranging from $ 50-​$ 200. Glassware, microwaves and more!
Charter AMG is clean and organized. They get all their product from Amazon, Craigslist and Ebay — most of the goodies are returned so some may be defected however, most of the inventory is in great condition!
I am so happy with my purchases: several DVD’s for $ 5 & a few pieces of jewelry.

Update, I called and talked to Sean on ¹¹⁄₁₀ and he said as-​is no returns but will talk to the boss and call me back the next day, I even said I would be willing to trade for a similar cost pallet as long as I didn’t have to get stuck with the junk I now have. If Charter AMG is going to sell junk or inop parts, they should at least look at some of the stuff or advertise it as parts. Needless to say Ill be telling all my construction buddies about this, there is positive and negative word of mouth and you know what mine will be. I used to like this place and have done a lot of business here, but no more!

OMG. This place is a pickers paradise. It’s clean and so organized… they have so much stuff, it’s unreal. Lawn mowers, edgers, baby stuff, toys, comforters, dishes, furniture, eclectic cool stuff, clothes and the list goes on. Prices are really good. Not as good as the Goodwill, but this is much much nicer with lots of brand new items. The owner, Mike, was as friendly and helpful as he could be.
Bought a Worx weedeater for a great price and hubby has been using it on and off all day. That alone is worth several stars! :-)
Go there. It’s hot as hell (warehouse, doncha know) but it’s cool as it can be.
