RUDE staff and rude doctor. I emailed Dr. sweet weeks ago about his useless staff. He literally told me to look for another doctor. So, I did! Today, I received a notice on my door which is from this joke of an MD and its certified! LOL. I kindly reach out and the email thread is below with his elegant response! NOT!

Well, that’s rude… I’ll be sure and post this thread to a review site.
Thank goodness I switched practices!

Just to clarify, you have received notice of a letter but not actually read the letter?
I ask my patients about staff interactions and logistics and the vast majority are very satisfied. I’m sorry about your isolated experience with the clinic.

You may recall assisting me with a complaint I had about your front office staff. I ended up seeking a new doctor after we emailed a bit. I truly hope that you your staff members are able to offer a better level of service to future customers/​patients.

Do not give your money to this office as its a small company with horrible patient values! I was never late for an appointment and the one time i reschedule i am put off on some random PA. I did not want that and did not go. They told me they have a missed appt fee of $ 100 but will waive it as I’ve never missed before! HA thanks for putting that in an email staff members!

After seeing Dr. Sweet two times he appears competent, compassionate and attentive; his diagnosis met our expectations.
The last visit he was patient with us but noticeably rushed away when it was time for us to leave.
His office staff’s competence is questionable and on our first appointment they didn’t open the office doors until 20 minutes after our appointment time and only after another patient knocked on the doors and asked them to open. While we were waiting we could hear the staff behind doors conversing and laughing. Dr. Sweet didn’t have a credible explanation for the delay.
