It is a very odd store… huge and bright with A/​C on blast with hardly any items on the racks or people shopping in it. Very very limited selection, and prices aren’t THAT great. But I always manage to find things I need, the staff is super friendly, and Fridays are 15% off. Also can we talk about the disgusting mess that is Ross next door? Burkes is always neat, clean, orderly, and sized correctly. I keep going back! Also, I like that the housewares are eclectic, like homegoods. You never know what you’re going to find.

I love going into a Burke’s Outlet store. I never know what I’ll find. I haven’t been to a Burke’s since we moved from the Houston area. I found this store coming back from Masala Wok w/​hubby. They have everything from jewelry, perfume, purses, shoes, mens/​womens clothing, coffee, home deco, and much more. They have clothes for the kiddos too. Burke’s also has inexpensive prices. Will be coming back to this store more often.

Nah. Store lost its shiny newness. Usually messy, especially in the back where the markdowns are located. Not as cheap as Ross. Not very «bargainy» as far as I can tell. Pass.

Doesn’t have much selections, at first I thought it was like a goodwill store honestly. I wish they had more clothing. And it was a tad bit cheaper. It’s a few bucks more pricey than Ross.

I absolutely love the staff as much as I love their clothes!
The ladies that work behind the counter remember you when you come on! They always have a smile and a welcome to Burkes ready for you!
We always chat for a quick minute when I am checking out and they say see you next week! Either I shop here too often or these women really understand customer service.
I had been in shopping on my birthday and bought some costume jewelry and they remembered the next time and made sure to ask me how my party went!

The outlet is pretty cool. It’s not your ROSS but they did have lots of items that were different then ROSS. The selection isn’t good as ROSS but they do have great deals on some of the items. If you like shopping why not do both ROSS and Burkes.
I have them 4 stars since like other review the selection aren’t good as ROSS.
