Bilt Rite Scaffolding really came through for me. I had a last minute need for scaffolding right near downtown Austin on the busy day of traffic this year — SXSW when President Obama was in town. Casey made it happen for me and even helped me get the scaffolding together. He went above and beyond to help me out. These guys are friendly, professional, and knew exactly what I needed. Also, the best price that I could find and Casey worked to get me the best deal. Thank you Bilt Rite Scaffolding! I’ll definitely be using you all again.

I have never done a task that required scaffolding before. I was trying to paint my 2 story entry way and could not get to the ceiling on a ladder. I called and Carey helped me out. He asked what I would use it for and quickly figured out what pieces I would need to safely do the job. He quickly gave me a quote (a great value) and when I picked it up he showed me how to put it together. Carey went the extra mile to make sure I had «clean» pieces since it was going inside my house (I really appreciated this). The staff loaded the pieces into my truck and off I went. When I returned it they unloaded my truck too. Everyone was very helpful and made an intimidating situation very pleasant and smooth. I would recommend them to every one. Very friendly, professional, helpful and outstanding customer service.
