Bexley At Tech Ridge Apartments

Bexley at Tech Ridge is a beautiful, clean apartment complex, with fantastic features and upgrades. Best of all, it’s surprisingly affordable. Team member Allen is very personable, patient, and competent. I would highly recommend Bexley at Tech Ridge and Allen in particular if you are shopping for an apartment.

After I posted my original review the members of the Bexley team reached out to me to discuss my concerns. They assured me that all of my concerns would be addressed through one way or another.
— The coyotes disappeared shortly after the Bexley team member reached out to me.
— We have not had anyone enter our apartment without receiving notice ahead of time, although I was informed that we had a note added to the system for our apartment requiring that we were called ahead of time before anyone entered the apartment. I’m not sure why this is necessary to receive prior notice when someone is going to enter our apartment.
–Bexley continues to keep their residences poorly informed about matters regarding the property or community. In my previous review I mentioned them not notifying us when construction was scheduled. More recently, along similar lines, the keypad for front gate to the complex stopped working. The keypad has been broken for at least the past two weeks, but this has not been communicated out to the residents at all. This has caused traffic to backup since people are not able to open the gate using the keypad. We notified the front desk when we realized it was broken and they told us they already knew. Since then there has been no attempt to notify residents either by putting a sign on the keypad saying that it is out of service, or by sending out an email.
–Since my previous post Bexley has made significant changes/​updates to the outward facing landscaping on the property. This allows the property to look nice for potential residents, but doesn’t fix any of the problems for existing residents.
Much of the mulch and soil had been washed away leaving a 6 inch drop from the side walk into the mud along our sidewalk. Not only is this incredibly unattractive it is also dangerous. Bexley addressed this by dumping a very small amount of mulch on top of the mud. The new mulch doesn’t even entirely cover the area and it doesn’t even come close to addressing the drop off from the sidewalk. The water has washed away so much soil that a ditch has been created next to our apartment, the ditch is so deep that we can see the underground wires supplying power to our apartment. Again, there was no attempt to fix this problem, they simply sprinkled some mulch on top and called it a day.
After the experience we have had living in a Bexley apartment I would never recommend any complex that Bexley owns to someone looking to rent an apartment.

I’ve been living at Bexley for about 7 months now and I love it! Very spacious and I love the location. The pool is my favorite spot. Staff has always been amazing especially for all of our maintenance needs. Never have to wait for anything and haven’t had a single complaint. Special thanks to Adam our maintenance supervisor he has taken great care of us!

Great staff. Have had some company change over snaffoos… but that is to be expected. Great service. Great office staff. And wonderful maintenance staff. They have been there every time that we needed them since we moved in. Keep up the great work guys!
In response to the person that complained about the Fire Marshal coming in or that they do not tell the residents when they are doing construction, I have gotten an e-​mail every time and they posted a letter on my door about the Fire Marshal. I think you are just being rude… it is the same staff that was there in the fall. They bought it out in August. Therefore, the staff was the same. Just sayin…

Nice open floor plan at a reasonable price. Service team has been very friendly and responsive. No complaints so far.
