Beth was my realtor for the purchase of my first home here in Austin. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. From providing me with a list of homes that fit my budget to making sure my closing went well, she made it a point to assist me every step of the way. She established and maintained trust, communication and reliability while working with me. Beth helped us find a house in this crazy Austin market in our price range meeting all our requirements. She was quick to respond and thorough in her pricing and competitive analysis.

I was lucky to have Beth as my realtor. As a first home buyer I had lots of questions and apprehensions but she was there for me in every step of the way helping me find the right lender, suggesting programs and helping me nail down exactly what I wanted in a home.
She’s professional, yet very personable. Being a single gal trying to do this on my own, I really appreciated the fact that I felt like a had a friend with me every time I looked at a house; someone I could share my excitement with and… of course, other emotions– (buying a house can be a very emotional process!!!)
Beth worked really hard to find the perfect house to fit my very specific and narrow criteria. After showing me 10 – 15 houses in the Pflugerville, North Austin and Round Rock area, my financial plan unfortunately fell through. :(That was a huge blow, after so much hope, planning and looking. Beth was a positive light for me, however, and was right there ready to show me houses to rent.
When I do decide to buy, I’ll be going to Beth. She’s awesome. In the meantime, I feel fortunate to at least have gained a friend!

Beth was amazing. We sold our house and purchased a brand new one as Beth as our realtor. The care and communication we received each step of the way was professional and amazing. She really was on your team and went to bat for us several times. She had tons of advice for us and became one of our good friends!
