I recently moved to Austin and have been trying to keep up a long distance relationship with my hair guy in Houston, but it wasn’t working out. I had one cut in Austin and it was okay so I decided to try another place. Bella Salon was the only place with a high rating that had an opening on my day off so I took my chances with Samantha and I LOVE her. Rob at the front desk is so nice and helpful and the salon is GORGEOUS but really, it comes down to the cut and it’s exactly what I wanted. I’m going back next week for color… I can’t wait to try their other services which are all reasonably priced imo.

Steven always does a great job on my straight hair which is a big deal. Everyone is professional, sweet and fun from entry to exit.

I’ve been letting Rose at Bella Salon attend to my head for a few months now. I’ve gone from a «well, maybe brush it» person to someone who gets stopped and asked where I get my hair done. I haven’t been this hair proud since my high school Mohawk, you guys. Ten stars if I could – and hands down best hairstylist/​colorist I’ve seen in Austin.

If you’re looking for a place to get your hair done, STOP. You’ve found it. Bella Salon is a gift from the gods to the people of Austin.
To say that the wonderful team at Bella Salon are miracle workers, is an understatement. First, let me just mention their TOP NOTCH customer service. I called in with the classic «hair emergency», to repair the atrocious work of another salon and was desperately looking for a place to fit me in last minute. Simon was my first interaction and he went above and beyond to see how they could make something work, despite a short deadline. They only continued to amaze me after that— first, by finding me a senior stylist who was willing to take on the challenge. I came in for a consultation to asses the damage done and Keith assured me that he would be able to get me what I wanted, no problem. It’s apparent that Keith and everyone there takes their craft very seriously and they are creating nothing short of art. Keith took his time on working on my hair, with an intricacy and concentration that only reassured me that I was in the right hands. My hair turned out to be more than what I wanted, and absolutely «Pinterest» worthy. From beginning to end, it was not just an interaction but an entire EXPERIENCE that Bella salon created for me, beyond what I ever expected of ANY salon. Go with this dream team. You won’t regret it.

Brought my 8 year old to see Adrienne at Bella and she was great! My daughter wanted a bob at first but got nervous, so Adrienne talked her through it and suggested a longer cut with a similar look. She was so friendly and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be back!

My second visit to Bella was just as outstanding as the first! Courteous and friendly greeting made me feel very welcome (I’m still a bit more at ease in a barbershop), and my haircut was so much better than anything I’ve had before, count me in. An actual parking lot makes it easy to get in and out as well.

I have seen different stylists each time I have visited Bella because I like trying different people. They are always professional and the color comes out just gorgeous. I left my last salon because there was an extra charge for a blow out following my hair coloring session– that’s insane. I decided to try Bella. The space is gorgeous, newly remodeled, and the staff is lovely. You are offered complimentary wine or sparkling water when you arrived and I’ve yet to wait, they always seem to be running on time. If I’m there during lunch they run and grab me a snack (I pay for it) from the café so I can eat while my color is processing. All around just the luxury experience you expect from a nice salon.

I’ve been going to Bella since I moved to Austin last summer and love the salon. Rose is a wonderful stylist who has done a great job cutting my hair. She also added some amazing purple extensions that I love and get compliments on all the time.
Staff is super friendly and the I love the new look of the salon. Great place.

Terrible haircut. I am not a picky person at all, but this is just ridiculous. It is the most uneven haircut I’ve ever seen. Even in a ponytail it looks ridiculous

This is my first review because I can’t just not say something about my awesome experience here. First, I had a terrible stylist at milk and honey who when told «I want my hair blonder» responded with «well you’re already blonde». I called Bella on a Friday morning at 9 asking if there was any way they could make room for me that morning as I was trying on wedding dresses that afternoon and wanted my hair to be the color I imagine it for my wedding. Not only did they call someone in earlier than scheduled to accommodate for me, but the stylist they called was the most knowledgeable and brilliant color stylist for blonde hair that I’ve ever had— and I’ve been dying my hair blonde since I was 13!!! Kelsey is her name, she’s awesome, I can’t wait to go back. She bayalaged my ends blonder which was something I hadn’t thought of, broke my base color which looks awesome, and added blonder highlights and a warmer toner to make it shine. Kelsey — you da best! I am so lucky I came there and can’t wait for my perfect wedding hair color!

Every time I go to Bella, I see Charlene. She is absolutely outstanding in every way. Along with being a beauty master, she is warm, attentive, a great conversationalist and almost psychic when it comes to giving you the style that works best for you. I’m not exaggerating. Go see her now!
The salon has a great atmosphere. I love the music they play over the sound system. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Prices are on the high side but you definitely get what you pay for and then some here.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Stephany Burton since I moved to Austin two years ago. I’ve never left the salon unhappy, and my hair always looks, feels, and smells fantastic when she’s done with it! She’s also super funny and down to earth, which makes the experience that much better. If I have an idea for hair color that she thinks will fry my hair, she does me a solid and advises against it. Not many stylists in my life have been honest like that, as they just want my money. Love love love love love Stephany! You will not regret it!

Stephany is the best! She’s funny, energetic and talented beyond belief! I live in San Antonio so I don’t get out to see her as much as I’d like but the trip is always worth it. More than pleased every time I see her. She’s a hair wizard!

Jacque is the skin guru! I have extremely sensitive skin that reacts unpredictably however it had never stop Jacque from being able to deliver whatever I need in a way that benefits my skins needs best. I know that most places sell you a bunch of product and then your just lost at what to do but not the case here she will write everything down for you and only sell you what you need to get you to your ideal skin! Love love love Jacque! Any skin needs she has got you covered! Waxing or facials look no further.
Ps my brows have never looked so good.

Went to this salon and requested natural looking highlights. Left with bleach blonde, unblended streaks on my dark brown hair. By the time I got home I was in tears. I called the salon and went back the next day to get an all over color. I was so disgusted with my hair, I didn’t trust her to do lowlights to try to fix it. The next day she said she wasn’t sure I would like it when I left the previous day and that she had a pretty heavy hand. The all over color I asked her to do to try to fix it turned in to a reverse ombré, where my roots were lighter than the ends. My stylist, Raquel, was very nice, but after being in the salon for over 5 hours, still not getting what I asked for and having to pay for the highlights I didn’t receive motivated me to write this review. I appreciate the effort to try to fix the problem, but the highlights were junior at best and not worth the $ 235 I paid.

growing up, my older sister traumatized me by over plucking my eyebrows, so i have never let anyone else touch them in my 24 years. after hearing so many praises for jacquelyn, i decided to bite the bullet and let a professional clean them up a bit. i was nervous, but she was so thorough. before even laying me on the wax table, jacque held a mirror up for me and asked exactly what shape and thickness i wanted and walked me through everything that she was going to do. it really took the nervous feelings away and made me more comfortable with the whole process.
she trimmed, brushed, waxed, did her thing, and i was more than pleased with how my brows came out. i will never tweeze my own again or go to another waxtress for any of my hair removal needs.
i also went to her a few months back for my first brazillian. it was quick, nearly painless, and my skin was so smooth with no ingrowns afterward.
this woman is queen of the wax.

Rachel is wonderful! What an absolute sweetheart! She really cares and wants to make sure you walk away happy. AND she’s a genius with color. She did a bayalage on my hair and I can honestly say this is the first time in years I’ve been so happy with my hair. All the rest of the staff are great as well. Wish I could take the salon with me when I move!

After a terrible experience with a different salon and hardly any eyebrows left on my face, I put all my trust into Jacquelyn to bring my almost non-​existent brows back to life. After a few appointments and a little bit of patience, Jacque had completely transformed my eyebrows into ones I never even knew I could have! I had always seen women with the perfect shape & tint but never thought one day those would be on my face.
Now, speaking of face. Jacque is an absolute skin guru! Once we had perfected the brows, I started to inquire with her about my skin. I have always battled with Rosacea, but I was completely unaware of how severe it really was until we started to actually break everything down. She is extremely knowledgeable with any and every skin type there is. She understands that every single persons skin and face is completely different than the next. She is very well educated on her products and her confidence in what she recommends for you assures you that you are making the right decision when purchasing any product. Now my skin is absolutely amazing! I glow, I feel confident and I feel beautiful.
For every compliment I get I instantly refer them to see Jacque. I strongly and highly suggest her to anyone looking for waxing or facial needs!

My stylist Kelsey Hansen is amazing. She’s has totally transformed my hair into exactly what I’ve been wanting. She is very talented. I love my highlights and she never pressures me into anything. She’s very consultative and kind. She doesn’t over charge. I love her!
The salon is always clean. It’s very inviting. The staff is so friendly. It’s a very simple Ava easy process to schedule and pay for appointments with the front desk.
I love their product line and have bought a few products to increase the health of my hair. I highly recommend Bella Salon!
