This place is delicious. I came here with vague intentions of getting some kind of Italian cold cut sandwich and was heartily impressed with what I got. Provolone, lettuce, tomato, pesto, sweet and hot peppers, prosciutto, salami annnnnd… capicola(I think)? It was a sandwich fit for a king; the ingredients were super fresh and the bread had that perfect crisp-on-the-outside-soft-on-the-inside thing going on. The owner(I forgot to ask his name!) was very friendly and obviously passionate about what he does. Definitely coming back to try everything else!

Yummmmm reminds me of home –NYC style sausage and peppers! And chicken parm! This guy is from Brooklyn, I think… so he knows the deal.

Dominic and his brother-in-law treated us so well! Dominic is truly passionate about making food! My wife got the chicken cutlet sandwich that came with an orzo pasta side and I got a pasta special with sausage. Both were generous portions and very delicious! The Caesar salad and garlic bread that came with mine were fresh and such good compliments to the dish. Great food, great value, great service! And we had left overs to take home!

First time visitor last night — and it won’t be my last. Had the best Italian beef sandwich since moving to Austin. I had the pasta salad as my side dish which was freshly made and perfectly seasoned. Also spent a few minutes chatting with the Owner/Operator Dominic and could tell he’s putting in his heart-n-soul into the business and it’s working. Everything is fresh and made to order. Now that the temperatures are dropping below 118, it’s time to get out and support our local Trailer businesses. Heading down South Lamar and Bella Cucina is a great place to start.

Another trailer serving some gourmet sandwiches. First off let me start by saying this guy makes one of the best meatball subs I’ve ever had. I’m going to throw out that this might be the best meatball sub in town. If your going to try this place once, get the meatball sub. If you’re craving a good Chicago style Italian beef sandwich, they have a decent one as well. This is a hard sandwich to find in Austin. You get a small Caesar or pasta salad on the side, which I thought tasted really fresh. All in all you can tell this guy can cook and cares alot about the quality of the ingredients he uses. Great little lunch spot.

Dominic has done it again! Always pushing the envelope for great food with unbelievable flavor! First the Italian sausage & meatballs. Then Italian beef. Now porcetta, roasted pork loin /pork belly on cibatta bread. And … Italian Ice! If you haven’t tried Bella Cucina, now is the time!

I tried this trailer about 2 weeks ago. I had the meatball sandwich. I believe the meatballs were freshly made, and the sauce was homemade. It was not the best I’ve ever had, but it was pretty good. I also tried the arancini appetizer. I thought it was below average. I’ll stick with the sandwiches.

The owner made us a delicious warm pannini sandwich with all sorts of good cheese, meats, and peppers. Wish the side Caesar had a homemade dressing, but other than that it was good. The big dusty lot it resides in is not very picturesque, but the picnic tables are clean, in good repair, and attractively painted. I’d like to go back and try some of the hot sandwiches when the weather cools down.
