Bought a couch there in 12⁄08 and I have an issue. While the shopping experience was nice, they seem to be out of business — at least their phones are disconnected. Who’s going to stand behind the warranty now?
I’d certainly raise them if they were still around to address the issue I am having.

Very high quality furniture and great people. I made the mistake of getting our previous couch from a big box store… lasted a year then became uncomfortable and falling apart. Do yourself a favor and get furniture here and it will last forever.
