I have used Enrique twice as of this writing. And both times was VERY pleased with his service!!! He has a full time job aside from the lawn service, but you wouldn’t know it. He returns calls promptly. He comes out and consults with you regarding the work and cost of service. His costs are VERY reasonable. The first time he came out, he cut my trees to raise the canopies and did not walk away from the job until I was satisfied. The second time he came out, he helped me weed a large section of my garden bed and he double layered heavy duty landscaping fabric. He is very professional and the most personable and friendly person with whom I have done business. Not only do I recommend him, I will continue to use him for my lawn needs.

I heard of Austin Lawn Enforcement on our local neighborhood community group email and they raved about him. I then had a hackberry limb fall down on our fence line into our neighbor’s yard. I got a few quotes and then remembered the neighborhood email about Enrique.
I am so glad!!! Enrique came by immediately to give me a quote and gave me the best quote for cutting and hauling the debris out of my yard and neighbor’s yard. He was professional and prompt in all his dealings and did a great job for a fair price.
That was my first dealing with Enrique and this past weekend was my second dealing with ALEnforcement. I had an unexpected oak branch come down after the storm that came to Austin on Thursday. He immediately came by on Friday and gave me another fair quote. He went over and beyond in his help with this limb and in actually doing another side job that wasn’t even requested of him to do for our family.
Enrique does a GREAT job in my two experiences with him for our tree limb situations and his customer service is outstanding. He has given fair quotes and if this happens to happen again, I will give Enrique another call.

I attempted to have Enrique take care of my lawn this summer. I say «attempted» because after we agreed on a price and a schedule, he would constantly miss service visits. He also seemed to lack a basic knowledge of tree trimming, grass types, fertilizer, etc. He would make recommendations, but be unable to explain how or why he felt that way.
When I called him to ask about the poor service, he had a bunch of excuses. When I told him they all «sound like excuses to me», he launched into this speech about «being a Christian man, a public servant and a Veteran», all the while never addressing his responsibility in the poor service.
There are better services in town. Now, I use Castlewood Lawn Services, and they are AWESOME!

Bi-​Weekly Yard Service. Unreliable. Full of excuses. Ok workmanship, but nothing to write home about. Owner-​Operator 100% responsible for contract going south.
