I had purchased a «Groupon» package that allowed for washing up to 16 windows both inside and outside. This included removing and replacing the screens…
Including the glass back door we only have 12 windows, and only 10 of them were to be cleaned on the inside.
I phoned the day before the service was scheduled just to confirm the appointment, and was told on the phone that the package I purchased did NOT include WASHING the screens! That would be an additional $ 1.50 a screen.
I ask you, WHO would pay to have all the windows in their house cleaned and then cover them back up with dirty screens???
Okay… FINE, I’ll pay the extra $ 15.00 to get the 10 screens cleaned, but I’m NOT happy about it!
Well, they show up an hour early with no phone call or warning of any kind…
Then proceed to tell me it was going to be $ 2.50 per screen to clean them!
I logged back into «Groupon» and did find in the tiny, fine print where it does say screen cleaning is $ 1.50 extra per screen…
So I went back to the guy that seemed to be in charge and informed him that the web site where I purchased the service stated $ 1.50 each and that was all I intended to pay!
He reluctantly agreed…
Once he came to me and said they were finished, I had to make them go back and actually CLEAN 5 of the 12 windows because there was actual spots of dirt stuck on that I could scrape off with my finger nail.
Most of the windows STILL have streaks.
Additionally, they left dirty soapy water all over my patio and in the yard!
AND, Every Single One of the screens, I paid extra to have cleaned, still have pieces of dirt and bugs stuck in them in various places… Apparently, because I refused to let him gouge me, and held him to the published price, he decided to only clean 60% of each screen!
Unfortunately, by then my energy was depleted and I just told them to have a good day and sent them on their way!
Bottom Line I’ll NEVER again do business with

What I WILL do is post this 1 star review every place I can find to post it! Facebook, Groupon, Unilocal,Craig’s List, etc…
AND, While this is only my 1^st «Groupon» purchase, I’m left to wonder about the corners being cut when you purchase these «supposed» deals???
