Glenn Scott does not return phone calls or email messages from existing clients. Nor does he recommend other vendors if he does not want the business. The service from Mr. Scott has progressively gotten worse. I am looking for a professional service to assist me as needed for medical transportation. Although I cannot recommend Mr. Scott, I always had good service from the people that he hired for me. It’s a shame that his behavior is so unprofessional. I am recommending that Austin Diagnostic Clinic change vendors.
Note that I always give him two weeks notice for the appointment and always pay as services are rendered.

I highly recommend Always Best Care. I was in need of transportation assistance on short notice for a medical procedure. I contacted Glenn Scott at Always Best Care and he came through with the service I needed in short order. Glenn was very straight forward and hands on to make sure everything was setup correctly. Mary was the person he provided and she was on time, very friendly, and stayed at the medical office until the procedure was over to take me home. They were both very professional and put the customer first at all times. When you and your health need someone you can absolutely trust and depend on, pick Glenn at Always Best Care.
