I felt ecstatic to learn that a medical supply office was opening up near me to assist with C Pap supplies and to send data to my sleep specialist. Allmed was very happy to sell me a new machine and told me to come in with the data card any time for analysis. Well when I returned I was told that they do not handle the data read outs. I would need to send the card to San Antonio! Big disappointment. .I feel like they really misrepresented their support… Today I tried to stop in and there was an Office Closed sign on the door! This was at 3 o’clock on a normal work day. I cannot recommend this business…

I do not enjoy having sleep apnea. But I do enjoy being able to shop for the supplies I need and being greeted and appreciated with great customer service. I have dealt with this company for a couple years now and they have always been top notch.
