Pro Nails

I am new to the area and drove around to 3 different nail shops and kept passing them because they all were in sketchy areas. I finally found pro nails which I assumed would be nice because it was in a nicer area. I was so wrong. The air conditioning is broke I’m assuming because it was so hot. The place smells bad and not like chemicals. My nails look decent but there was nothing relaxing about this. Usually you get a hand massage with a gel mani. I didn’t. She took my old polish off and just put new polish on and took a chunk of out of my cuticle. I chose my color off of a wheel of nails and she brought the wrong color. I just went with it because I didn’t care that much. Not impressed.

What a disappointment. After a very long day what girl doesn’t want a nice relaxing pedicure? Not! First mistake it was a male tech and clearly he didn’t want to be there. I had a freaking foot wash for $ 40. Never again. They didn’t deserve the star.

A clean nail salon, with great service, don’t listen to the sour mouthed hags that come into the salon with an attitude and wonder why they are unhappy. If you are determined to come in with a negative attitude there is nothing that can really change that.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star. 10.00 to put on a pair of strip eyelashes that cost me less than 5.00 to purchase. 20.00 for a manicure and my hands looked better when I walked in/​then when I walked out. The queen b of this spot is a straight up customer service reject. OMG where did the previous owners go???

The guys are awful. Not a relaxing experience in any way. No gloves, wiping nose while massaging my hand, I cannot believe these people are actually licensed. A total half assed job.

I only give honest reviews so here goes! I can’t believe how hard itis to find a quality nail shop that is clean, has courteous staff, great polish color choices (I’m an OPI girl) and reasonable prices. I can’t say how many nail shops I have entered and NOBODY greets me! That is cause for me to immediately turn around and leave! If you aren’t happy I’m there spending my hard earned money then I DONT WANT TO BE THERE! I walked in the door to no greeting here and i was walking out and the owner finally greeted me and asked what I needed. I told her a pedicure and she (in her native language to some teenagers) said something and they all started making faces as though they didnt want to do a pedicure, mind u my feet are clean and corn free so its not like i have yucky feet! I really then said nevermind it doesnt appear anyone wants to work and i dont want my feet jacked up… i should have left but the Mom scolded them in her language and her son came out and did my pedicure. The polish took forever to dry and as soon as i attempted to leave at least half dry the polish got messed up! I was like NOOOO I was so ready to get out of there! The son repaired the two nails and I stayed to dry another 15m only to get home and the whole polish peeled competely off the nail due to the heavy coatings all at once! I really didnt want to go back but it cost me $ 30 with the tip for the pedicure and polish change on my hands so I went back not knowing what to expect from the owner. She was not happy at all about me returning for a repair (the next day) and she showed it! She wasn’t rude but she wasn’t nice either and she went on a tirade in her language over and over saying the same word and they all just stared at me! I was going to give an additional tip but her attitude changed my mind. I won’t be returning to this nail salon and the owner needs to be more courteous and willing to take care of her customers without the attitiude, upon leaving i said to her «thank u, I appreciate it». She looked at me like GTFOH and also checked the counter i was sitting at to see if I lett any $$, never again! I give two stars because although she didnt want to she fixed my nails
