Living Social deal — they are either out of business, going out of business, or should be out of business. They stink!!!

I also would give this company zero stars if I could. What an absolute joke of a «business.» Purchased a living social deal for a smartphone repair. Scheduled the repair for later that week. Got a call the day before that they would need to reschedule, and someone would absolutely contact me to reschedule asap. Never heard from anybody for a week, so I tried calling. I left two voicemails and no one called me back. I tried for several days to get a hold of someone. Finally I got someone to pick up. They told me the next available appointment was three weeks out which I was not happy about. I called back five minutes later to try to speak to a supervisor, which is impossible, by the way. They seem to use some appointment setting service who also has no idea what is going on because when I called back they booked me an appointment for the following week, instead of three weeks out. I showed up at the designated time for the appointment, and after waiting for twenty minutes, I saw the company had sent me an email within an hour of the appointment time saying they needed to reschedule and someone would contact me. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me about the short notice cancellation. I was extremely upset and when I called to try to get a refund, I was literally ignored, so I did not make a new appointment. Two weeks later I get an email confirming an appointment I never made. Luckily, the time worked for me so I confirmed I would be there. The morning of the third attempted appointment I get an email saying they will need to reschedule again. This company has absolutely no concern for its customers or their time, and has been a horrible experience.
