The chicken wings are the best! Especially the Cajun style! I wish it’s closer to our home and at least they could offer delivery.

The service is slow, place is clean, and the employs are polite. However, I ordered online under the impression that it was going to be quick(pick up in 20min). I arrived about 25 min after I placed the order(to pick up) and was told that my order was not ready. By the time I got my wing, 20 more minutes passed by! I’m disappointed in the service! They should value their costumers and their time! Not everyone is going to wait!!! The wings are nasty and over priced; if you are reading this go somewhere else!!!

We hit up Wingstop for the first time tonight after driving past more times than I can even count, often saying, «We should try that place.» Our go to wings restaurant in the area had always been Buffalo Wild Wings, and while the wings there aren’t amazing, at least they’re consistently mediocre. Wingstop is a whole different beast. It’s got more of a fast food vibe to it in that you order(or call ahead) and you can sit and eat there when they call your name with a tray loaded full of wings or just get everything to go. Fair warning, wings take 14 minutes(no more, no less, apparently) so if you’re looking for quick takeout you’ll definitely want to order before you get there. If you’re into dining in like we did, the added benefit is free access to their Coke Freestyle machine. You know, one of those fancy touchscreen Coke machines that let you to make crazy drinks like diet grape ginger ale. You can easily spend those 14 minutes experimenting with soft drinks. The wings themselves were great. They come out nice and crispy, and since they call you when your food is ready it’s steaming hot when you bring it back to your table. The staff was super friendly, and walked us through everything since it was our first time there. I just docked a star for pricing, as dinner for two there set us back $ 30. This is a little cheaper than BWW, but definitely feels expensive for a place that has such a total fast food place vibe to it. When wings are seriously the cheapest cut of a chicken, paying such a premium always feels weird, and even more so when you’re just ordering at a counter.

I’ve been here twice now. The quality of the wings is quite high, but Buffalo Wild Wings has a better sauce selection in my opinion. That said, this is easier as a «to-go» option than BWW is. I don’t think I’d want to dine in here though… it has the ambiance of a fast food restaurant despite having actual restaurant prices. The service is quick and staff members are polite and knowledgeable about the menu items. I wish combo meals could include veggies instead of fries or other side item because I really just want wings and veggies usually and hate that there’s an up charge for them when I’d rather just get them instead. Unfortunately, my dog stole my celery sticks last time, so that was wasted money. I’d also like to point out that their Android app doesn’t work and actually crashes as soon as you open it.

Great service! The Wingstop brand pays a lot of attention to their food quality and this location has kept up to that quality! All of their sauces are fresh and their fries are great! The restaurant is more spacious than other locations, which is great for Game Days! It is fairly new and I understand there will be small glitches, but the staff is very accommodating and understanding towards their customers. I look forward to many more trips to Wingstop!!!

If you look at the Wingstop web page they make it very clear that ONLINEORDERING is a good thing«Order Now», «Place you order» «Now» «CLICK Here» «Do IT». «Introducing our new & improved online ordering system». Wingstop-Online Ordering and I quote: «Skip the Line and Order on Line. Order now to spend less time ordering and more time enjoying your favorite wings & sides». «DON“T WAITFORTHEFLAVOR». WRONG We recently placed an order through the IPhone Wingstop App. The crew of 5 employees were totally oblivious. Hey Wingstop Manager«You totally dropped the ball on this». And you, the reader and possible future customer of this location take note! Bottom line, Wingstop may indeed have the optimal online system, however your employees had a 22 minute gap in time of «Surprise» while the order ticket remained unnoticed in the printer. If you claim excellence…“Back it up”. At that point of «surprise» and several employees with the«Deer in Headlights» expression, they offered to quickly fulfill our order. We cheerfully declined choosing the option to «Spend less time ordering, to Skip the Line and not to wait for the flavor! I have pictured Wingstop employees in the«Witness protection Program» only to protect the innocent.
