Horrible hotel
1. My greeting at the receptionist desk was ‘yeah’ not welcome to travelogue or may I help you but ‘yeah’ by a young Asian male on June 1, 2016.
2. He keyed my room key wrong so I had to go back to office and get another, no apologies but ‘if you put it near a cell phone it will demagnetized, like he knew what happened was already my fault.
3. The AC was broken in my room tv was nothing but snow
4. Bathroom had black mold in bathtub
5. Had to lift back of toilet a giggle to get it to stop running
6. Bedbugs ate me up
7. Moved to another room, toilet never stopped running
Bedbugs — had several bites when I woke up next day
8. Looks like people are living in the hotel
9. Walked to get ice and a guy was standing outside a room, grabbed his crotch and asked me if I wanted some
NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL

avoid this hotel at all costs. the hotel is run down and dirty with a funky smell. the staff are lazy, rude, and threatening. this place and their employees needs to be shut down. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Terrible experience. Our room was supposed to be smoke free but reeked of cigarettes. TV was busted up, shower was dirty and there was two stained up mattresses up against the wall outside our room. Asked the lady at the front desk for more towels and she never delivered more towels. Would never stay there again.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Literally. Horrible. Smells the weed, smoke, it’s so so, so dirty, & sketchy people. Do NOT go here. Please.

The guy at the desk was nice enough I guess, but the rate of the room was WAY too high for what you get, and the «sketchy people milling around was’nt any better. In fact a fight broke out right outside my room „as“ I was checking into it. for $ 70, I got a bed and shower, thats it, no fridge, no coffee, no micro. I asked the guy at the desk, he said he would» fix me up”, what the hell does that mean???

A little sketchy. Rooms aren’t clean and there are a lot of surly looking people who hang around this place.
