Found the place through Unilocal.Feels like a winner now that we’re here. We had the Delmonico and burger. Both meals great. Bartender Will was great with explaining the beer offerings and serving our meals. Great place. Will visit anytime I’m in town.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant and bar! From the food to the service to the drinks this has got to be one of my favorite restaurants. If you’re at the casinos don’t waste your time or money at any of their restaurants and treat yourself to Third and Main!!!

Awesome food, we love it! We started going there in October and have been back several times. Always great fresh food and a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait until it warms up to sit on the patio!

First time visit. Pros: staff is great, very attentive, helpful friendly. Atmosphere is very nice. The tables were visited by chef in person. Joe and Kara were fantastic answering questions, taking orders and cleaning our table. Beer selection is quite nice offering specials from microbreweries. Cons: food. In our group of four, everyone ordered something different. Myself never had monkfish. I was assured that it is wonderful, i was excited to order something i never had before. — It was a thick piece of white rubber. Awful. Left most of it on plate. Second person had the ribs that was a bit burned, actually well burned. Most of it was black. Very dry She ate may be a third of it before giving up. Third person ordered the Kobe burger requested medium. It was well done. I mean WELL done. The only good thing was the string french fries.(Sadly i can get that at Stake and Shake too) Fourth person had salmon on cedar plank. It was overcooked dry and extremely salty. –/looks like there are some great ideas about food but most were destroyed. We were surprised a bit seeing the prices of entries averaging $ 24 – 28. Never-less, we’re willing to spend this amount to special, rare and well prepared meals but not for the above disaster entries.

A bit pricey for a not big city but chef gets pretty creative. Great flavors. Chastity was fantastic! Nom nom nom…

The burgers are fantastic and out of the ordinary. The sweet potato fries and BBQ ketchup are my go-to side.

The whole team made the visit exceptional. Water glass was never empty. They were booked when we showed but they got us in promptly. My food was good and my wife opted for well done burger that came back medium. We got the waitress and the chef came out. Wife asked that they just microwave(bless her heart) but they insisted they do it over and the chef himself brought it to make sure they nailed it to her liking. The dessert death by chocolate… yummy… They work best with reservations but under the gun for us they delivered.

Stop for lunch on our way to Rising Sun casino. You must stop!!! We tried three soups all home made an delicious. The Caprese Salad is large enough to feed four and very good. But the best part was the Pablano Cilantro Kobe burger. Flavorful with just a bit of a zing. I’d order it again. The service was excellent. Our waitress Chastity was so knowledgeable and helpful. A plus for her. Then Jason the chef was attentive and gracious. Good chance we’re going back for dinner

Found myself in the area looking for a nice meal and dropped in here. Great craft beer selection, friendly people and delicious food. BBQ salmon was wonderful, and I was persuaded to try their cheddar and ham grits which were as good as promised. I’ll definitely return when I’m next in the area.

What a disappointment! The service was very slow, but that would have been fine if the food was good. The calamari fries weren’t completely cooked! Gross! The breading was still raw. My delmonico steak looked and tasted like it was cooked in a microwave or maybe even boiled. It was gray and had no taste. Plus is was covered in peppercorns. Probably to disguise the taste. No kidding! My husband’s chicken and pasta dish was just angel hair pasta with some tomato sauce on it and a cut up chicken breast laying on top. We had a groupon and that included dessert. Otherwise, I would have been done. The chocolate cake had been frozen. It was still frozen in the middle and had that freezer burned taste. I just couldn’t believe it. And to top it all off, we were both up most of the night with upset stomachs. I’m very easy to please. A bad review is out of character for me. So, I promise, this is true. Oh. And the waiter mopped the floor right next to our table. Whatever he used had a very strong smell. Not good to smell strong cleaner while you’re trying to eat. I’ll finish off by saying the place was very nice and historic. The waiter was friendly. However, at the end, he said they added an 18% gratuity since it was a groupon, but he would appreciate us leaving extra. Really?!

Tonight, I drove over from Lawrenceburg(5 miles) because of the reviews. Upon checking-in, the friendly hostess informed me that they can’t serve alcohol due to being between licenses, which was fine. They showed me to a table, and about 5 minutes later, the hostess offered to get me a drink. BTW, Lemonade is just a mix, I don’t recommend it. 15 minutes later, the hostess returned to check if I had seen the waiter yet, I told her I’d wait 5 more minutes. The waiter came back shortly after, and began to take the order of the couple on my other side, who just recently sat down. I got up to leave and settle up for the lemonade. She disappeared for another 5 minutes to write up the $ 2 check and take money, in the mean time several waiters came out to check on my vacant table, but as they walked by me, no one asked why I was waiting at the podium. At least the hostess came back with my money and didn’t charge me for the lemonade.

An amazing culinary experience! All that for lunch to boot! Our server Chastity was very knowledgeable about the menu, and helped get our kids settled. My son wants us to make the 10 hour drive monthly for the ribs! One awesome thing to note was the burgers are truly steak burgers, if it was not for my diet, I would have devoured the bacon-cheddar burger! Our first Indiana restaurant will leave great memories down the road. Well done!

We just stopped fortuitously in Aurora and got the idea to go for dinner. It was great idea to visit this restaurant! Friendly stuff, great ribs, more types of original draught beer. Unfortunately we just passed thru otherwise it would be regular place for eat for us.

Much improved menu choices, great Japanese salad with ginger dressing and pasta from heaven is rich enough to take you there. Most refreshing of all wasn’t on the menu; impeccable service with warm and friendly visit from those behind it all in the kitchen! Thanks to «mom» for the amazing custard and éclair dessert!

An amazing find. Complete perfection from the honey glazed cornbread to an compact but spot on wine list. They make an au poivre preparation which I had on a perfectly cooked filet mignon that reminded me of the French country side. You must give this place try. It will not disappoint and is definitely worth the drive from Riverfront.

After many friends and business associate reviews about this place, my family and I decided to finally try. We made reservations weeks before for NYE. Upon arrival we were one of the first parties seated. All of the tables were pushed so far together you touched the chair behind you the entire night. We then waited 10 minutes before anyone approached us for a drink order. Finally after our waiter took our drink orders we waited another 15 – 20 minutes to order. An hour and a half later our food arrived. burnt. We ordered the filet with crab. A NYE special at $ 68. All steaks but 1 were burnt. Charcoal for better words. We requested one be sent back, the others were too hungry to bother. The waiter added the steak to the bill although the steak was sent back. Another was brought out 30 min later after everyone was finished eating. Bottom line. Horrible service, terrible food. Will never return.

After the great reviews, we were anxious to try it. The menu looked outstanding. I couldn’t decide which — until the server let us know, that most everything was«out». So, that helped narrow it down. My son got the bacon/cheeseburger. It was burnt and looked like something I might grill in the backyard. We didn’t see the bacon or cheese. I got the chipotle braised ribs. The bbq sauce was good, but the ribs were charred on the underside, and the rest looked and tasted as though it was leftovers from the night before. My moms dinner was good, the salmon. I did say something about the ribs, and they brought me a new order to take home. Wrapped in to-go box, with saran wrap — so I couldn’t tell they were the same I’m sure. No discount from the bill. Friendly service, and I might try it again — on a night when they might not be out of everything.

We found this wonderful place when they opened two years ago! The food is outstanding, the owner and sons have become our friends and the staff is excellent. Stop into this quaint restaurant to experience a great meal, people and ambiance. They have a great patio with music which will add to your experience!
