Absolutely the best! They always let me know what deals are available right away. I get lots of sound advice about my technology, no matter what my question is. I always leave happy with what I’ve purchased. I never feel like they are slimy and after my money. I went to another tmobile in the south loop because I was staying at a hotel nearby and totally regretted it. I won’t make that mistake again. Going back to Kirk Rd.

I’ve been here a total of three times; the first two were to switch my service and get a new phone, and the last one was to make sure I would be able to use my phone overseas. Switching my service was pretty easy, as well as getting a new phone, though they had made a mistake initially and activated a new number for me – a different phone on the same account was given my old number, and that person’s number disappeared into the ether. It took two or three days to get everything straightened out, but, annoying as that was, mistakes do happen; the two people working that day were friendly and professional, as was everyone else I’ve encountered there, so overall I would say that the customer service is good at this location. I’m also happy with my plan and service from T-Mobile in general, and I’ve been able to do everything I’ve needed to do by calling customer service without any problems and without having to wait a long time on hold. My last visit to this location was to make sure I’d be able to use my phone while on vacation and what my options were; the person working that day proceeded to tell me – after looking up my account – that because I had the simple-choice plan(or at least something like that) I didn’t need to do anything. She said I could make send and receive unlimited texts, use unlimited internet(though it would only be 2G), and make and get calls in-country or stateside at 20 cents a minute. She also saw that I had already made about 20 dollars in international phone calls and changed my plan so that those calls and any other international calls I made that month would cost 10 dollars – sweet. I also ended up adding a $ 50 international 15-day data pass for faster internet(though this I did at home from my computer) and I’m really glad I did. I got my bill a couple of weeks ago and it was exactly what I hoped it would be – though not what I had expected, I definitely thought it was too good to be true. I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to anyone looking for a new service provider, and I would also recommend that they come to this location.
