I have always enjoyed my services at sweet life, the girls are sweet and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. My shellac will stay for 3 weeks all the time! Also love the half off drink days :)

Best place ever! The moment you walk in the environment is friendly and accommodating. The owner is especially courteous and makes you feel special. My kids loved every moment of it. They got their nails, and hair done including ear piercing. THe place was really busy but we didn’t feel rushed. The lady who did my daughters hair really made her feel magical and topped it off with glitter and making her a braid. They finished the whole treatment with the kids making their own parfume. It was amazing! Worth every penny! Definitely will be back again and my daughter now wants to have her bday party there!

Maybe a fun place for kids but the management treats people horribly and has zero compassion and little respect for all of humanity. While my girls have enjoyed this place in the past, a recent incident where the owner denied service to a woman with downs syndrome because she did not meet their age criteria, had my children angry and asserting that they«would never go to Sweet and Sassy again.» Teach your girls a lesson about empathy, tell them this story and let their conscience decide what’s best– may each of our girls realize that denying service to anyone means they will choose to go someplace else!

We had a last minute birthday party here for our 11 year old. Even though it’s the holidays, they were very accommodating. The hostesses were very engaged and friendly. We want to check out the pink limo next time. Daughter said it was the best day ever. Thank you!

Terrible place!!! You would think that an establishment that is for kids would be a little more kid friendly and provide a nice atmosphere. Well I’ll tell you their receptionist needs to be fired!!! Zero people skills… My wife took our daughter there for a cut before picture day and I wish she hadn’t. On the way out my wife handed my daughter the tip to give the hairstylist. My daughter couldn’t see where she went and instead of providing help the receptionist just Shouts«GOINSIDE, GOINSIDE» whatever that means. needless to say my daughter was frightened and never wants to go back!!! Good job!!! You should change you shop name to Unsweet and UnClassy!!! I’ve told all my friends to stay away…

Recently had a party there and while the girls had a really fun time, Sweet and Sassy could have done a better job. The staff is not that friendly in general,(Which sadly I have become used to because my kids get hair cuts there.) When I arrived one of the staff lied to me saying they had no freezer for the ice cream. Another came back a few minutes later and said that they did have room after all… hmm, guess they did have a freezer! Later, one of the staff told my daughters friend not call my daughter her girlfriend cause it’s sounds like they want to get married! Really?! They are 6 and just finished kindergarten! How totally inappropriate on so many levels. When I stood there to listen in on the rest of her comments, she shut up. But, later she scolded several girls for getting down from their chairs to play on the stage because they had not yet done nails. Sheesh! We thought this was a party?! After they finished hair and nails,(Which were done lazily,) they let the girls do a play fashion show,(Girls had a blast,) and handed out little plastic trophies after. They girls loved the trophies and were super excited… until they promptly took them away. Come on, either explain that they are for play only will have to be returned when handing them out, make them available for sale OR for the price we pay for a party there… include them! To be fair, there were several staff members who helped with the party and a couple of them were nice and did a decent job. But none did a stand out job on making it a super fun party and I think for the cost, they should! The limo driver was really nice and props to her for actually encouraging fun at a birthday party! All in all, there is nothing like this in our area and my kids like to go. So we will be back for cuts. But, how I wish some competition would come blow them out of the water! This was our first and last party there.

So this place is absolutely abhorrent. The owner and manager of the establishment openly discriminates against one of her employees who is deaf/hard of hearing. This includes but not limited to withholding her paycheck and not paying her the full paycheck amount for the hours worked. She has been verbally abusive towards this young woman in front of other employees and customers. She encourages a bullying environment and the singling out of this young woman. Mariah, please be careful because you will be getting a formal notice from the State Labor Board about withholding her money. Parents, I completely understand wanting to teach your girl to feel beautiful and wanting to pamper her. Please, think of something to do so you can empower your girls to make some serious changes in the world instead of falling into the trap that their beauty is everything. But moreover, please do not continue to support a business who is so wretched in the way that they treat their employees.

It is not a cheap place to take your kids especially if they want to buy toys, glitter, candy, etc etc each time they go out like mine. The stuff that they sell mostly is cheap but the prices aren’t. I purchased some little tiaras and found them at the dollar store a few days later. There is an older lady at the register all the time and she’s usually pretty rude. I don’t like dealing with her at all but unfortunately she’s always there and my daughter loves this place. I put up with it because of her otherwise I would have stopped coming to this place. I had a birthday party here in Oct for my daughters 6th birthday. The party itself was fun. I really didn’t have to do anything which was fun BUT was it worth the money? I asked for a limo which the front desk lady at the time said yeah don’t worry about it. Once it gets closer to the date I ask about the total and it didn’t include the limo. Asked why and it was rented out to someone else. MAD about it but what can I do at least my daughter won’t see it. The limo is sitting outside the store the WHOLE time of the party and even while shopping. It wasn’t moved at all and my daughter was a little sad since she was expecting the whole experience and that didn’t happen. Next thing I reserved for 9 children. When I go to pay they were charging me for more girls. I said I reserved for 9 and that is what I had. They went back and forth asking each other about where all the girls were to count them because the lady at the front was sure she saw more then 9 go in. So pretty much accused of being a liar! I asked the girls to line up and like I said there was 9. The cashier insisted that people had left and that is why there were only 9. I drove the girls and my husband in our cars so unless I had 3 – 6 year olds waiting for me outside in the cold I don’t see where these other magical extra guests came from. She agreed to refund me what she over charged. There is a 15% added to the price of the parties as tip maybe who knows but whatever. With the mistake of the additional girls the 15% was larger then what it should have been and that wasn’t refunded. All in all the place is fun for the girls but with what you pay I would expect more. Not necessarily more things but better customer service. It is fun and my daughter talks about this location all the time BUT as soon as I find something BETTER I will no longer continue returning to this location any longer.

We wanted to make my son’s first hair cut something special so we went to Sweet and Sassy. The front desk person was so unfriendly that we turned around and took our business elsewhere.

It is expensive which is the downside BUT… my daughter loves going there for haircuts and updo’s. She LOVED her birthday party there. The limo ride was the best. I must say that I love going there too. So much fun.

My daughter liked it, I was disappointed. The stylists were(and I apologize for the term, but there’s nothing more appropriate) skanky and unfriendly. The store itself didn’t feel very well maintained and there wasn’t an area for parents to wait unless you enjoy perching on a tiny and flimsy stool. We also wanted to get a feather extension, but unless you like brown, yellow or green it’s a pretty big let down for a kid. The prices would have been fine if the service and experience had been better, but not a good value for a sub-par experience.

The hair stylists were wonderful with my child I have been here twice for the toddler Tuesday and Thursday $ 10.00 haircuts. The glitter spray is overboard but I am sure my daughter will love it when she gets older. I do love that they give you a sucker with every haircut! The only reason I did not give a higher score was the awful woman at the desk. She is an older woman and I think the manager? She has a horrible attitude and always seems annoyed with her customers. If you don’t like kids or dealing with the general public then why be in the business, especially if this is all you do all day?
