We called to inquire about a claim on our roof due to hail damage. Rather than send the adjuster, she sent an actual roofing company who obviously told us and her that we needed a new roof. When we called back she was all ready to start the claim until we mentioned we had our own roofing company we wanted to work with. Suddenly, the claim wasn’t a sure thing and she did need to send an actual adjuster who then said we didn’t need a new roof. Shenanigans. We are switching agents to someone who isn’t in the contractor’s pocket.
