This was my first time using a professional cleaning service and it was a great experience. I am only home on the weekends, and I decided on this service because of their availability since I wanted to be home for the cleaning. I easily booked online, although I had previously done my homework and consulted with one of their reps who politely answered all my questions.
I definitely like that they charge a flat rate that includes taxes and everything. There were no surprises, which really shouldn’t be as rare as it is. I had to reschedule the morning of my cleaning and got a quick response. Two hardworking women came by and cleaned every nook and cranny of my apartment.
My only complaint is that the maids were not «sparkly», which would’ve been so cool! But anyway, they did a great job cleaning and definitely left my home sparkly clean — better than I’ve been able to for sure.

Sparkly Maid cleaning services provide good quality service. They pay attention to detail. Also, Sparkly Maid give excellent customer service by listening to what the customers need done. I was so impressed by their services I will say Sparkly Maid is the best cleaning services in town.

I have used a couple of different cleaners and Sparkly Maid measures up very well. Their online booking is very convenient (I always think of these things at the end of the day) with very clear service selection.
The cleaning was thorough and the staff was friendly and polite. I would use Sparkly Maid again, particularly for a good spring cleaning.
