I like this place… they always offer you something to drink (ranges from water, coffee, alcohol, etc). I also like Erin’s attention to detail-she’s the tallest stylist in the salon. Talk about German precision. She obsesses over how to perfect her work and I respect her for that. I’ve been going to this salon for hair cut for 2 years now… I think I will continue to go.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of Jennifer & Jennifer. Our services were done well, but $ 230 for two mani/​pedis and a minimal wax?! Way way over-​priced. I lived and had my nails done in downtown Chicago AND New York City and never paid that much money.
I sent the salon an email questioning the cost, and received a response about their quality products, and there’s a price list available «IF a customer inquires» WTF is that?! I don’t know too many people who would get their nails done weekly or bi-​weekly for that kind of $$.
If you choose to get your nails done here, check the price list at the front desk and not posted anywhere visible like most salons. Bottom line: Buyer beware of the cost

I like to support local businesses and so I went here on 2 high recommendations from friends. I really wanted to find a regular place that I would love to go to for my eyebrows, hair, nails… and they can do it all. They have tanning, massage, and even host private parties. Several friends had them do a baby shower and I liked the idea; the price for the group of us was reasonable and it was a fun evening out. But after going a few times on my own, I’ve always left feeling a little disappointed. I don’t know why this spot hasn’t fit my expectations when there seems to be every reason for it to surpass them. Consistently, with my nails and my brows, I’ve felt like the price was higher and the service not quite as good as elsewhere. And most surprising to me was that of all the people that I’ve met there, the owner was the only one that left me feeling that I probably wouldn’t go back based on customer service.
Give them a try and I hope a better review can come along!
