Thought this would be a great convenience and turn into my new favor liquor store. I was quickly very wrong. First visit, I was invited to join their rewards program. Second visit, they never asked me for my info to log my purchases. Third visit, my spouse was with me and I told him to watch what happens when I asked them about their rewards program. As usual, had some heavy sighs and mumbling from the clerk to obtain my information. Took me a couple more visits and I’m just not spending my money where it is not appreciated. If you are going to have a rewards program, then be genuine about it. Staff needs a crash course in etiquette.
