Pizza Hut

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a Pizza Hut. I called from the hospital just down the street and asked about delivery. The woman working the phone was so rude, inconsiderate, and impatient that I have no desire to ever do business here again, and I’m down here a lot. Luckily there’s plenty of pizza places to choose from here.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location many times.
Today, I ordered a medium pizza (Parmesan crust with light marinara sauce, regular mushrooms, and regular pepperoni toppings) and an 8-​piece Spicy BBQ bone-​out wings. My order arrived in about 30mins (maybe a bit less), and everything is perfectly as I ordered. The pizza was hot and delicious, and exactly what I asked for, but the wings seemed dry at first, until I realized that they’d poured some of the lovely sauce into the bottom so I can easily dunk until my heart’s desire is fulfilled! I am one content little Kat with a happy belly!
This location never has trouble finding my home, but I would assume they deliver to our area a lot since it’s nearby.

Ordered a specialized pizza order, pasta and breadsticks. With the optional dessert. No problems at all and food was exactly as asked, driver even brought cheese for the pasta.

Ordered pizza… told me 75 minutes. .ok no big deal. I call to check on it. The guy I talk to is very rude. I ask him if my pizza has left yet, he doesn’t know told me to call back in 20 minutes if wasn’t their… what kind of service is that… the driver was nicer should pay him more. To top it off… it’s cold and nasty…

Honestly not to bad at all good price, got here warm, and was what I ordered. Nothing over the top but not a bad experience by any means.

Can I give this place minus stars? Three times I’ve tried, never once did they get my order right and it’s always over an hour, no matter what they estimate. The delivery people are really nice– caught in the middle, you can see they’re rushing to get everything delivered, so I tip well. But this is the worst pizza hut delivery I’ve experienced –anywhere. Most of the others are really good quality and fast delivery.

I have never had worse service from a pizza place. What a joke.
First of all, we called and were told that it would be an HOUR AND FIFTEEN minutes. After a very uncomplicated order, (which I had to describe several times before the person on the other end seemed to grasp. «Triple cheese stuffed crust pizza». I mean, come on.) what was delivered to our door could hardly be called pizza. Quite honestly, it seemed like the driver had had this poor pizza strapped to the roof in the single digit Colorado weather. After tipping the driver (very well) for making the trip, assuming that we could trust that our pizza would be what we had ordered, we dared to take a bite. And I wasn’t sure whether I was eating the box or the pizza.
Okay. Well just call and get a new pizza, whatever. Nope. We call and get the run around by some guy trying to tell us how sorry he is but that another pizza would take YET ANOTHER hour and fifteen minutes. Oh, and «don’t send the used up piece of crap that you just paid money for back with the driver. They rarely if ever make it back.»
So clearly customer service is the main priority, here. If you value your time and don’t want to have to wait until 10PM Sunday night to eat dinner, then steer clear.

Ordered pizza it was greasy, order was wrong the driver forgot the pop so it will be credited to the next order. I don’t order from them too often, so it will be awhile before I order again from them.
