Avoid! I made an appt with the owner over the phone and explained to him that I was looking for the same number of pictures at the same, or similar, price that I had received just one year prior. He reviewed what I had received and said he could do that. When we arrived, the doors were still locked and it was 10 minutes before anyone arrived and then it took them over 20 minutes to get the room ready. When we were done, the photographer got the pictures set up on the computer and left us alone to figure out how to view the pictures.(In previous years, the photographer always sat with us to go over every picture, offer suggestions, review printing options like black & whites, etc.) She then disappeared into the back room with the owner. She finally came back out and we had to let her know we were ready. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for. For example, last year we received two 5×7’s on one sheet so a total of two pictures, 3×5’s came four pictures to a sheet, etc. When I arrived to get my pictures, they were given to me at the front counter which was full of stuff so I had nowhere to actually look at the pictures, just clutter everywhere. In reviewing my pictures, I had 17 pictures total(and 8 of them were wallets which is the smallest size they make!) for $ 209. Last year, I had received almost double the amount of pictures for $ 50 less AND a CD that included all of the pictures. They wanted to charge me $ 195 just for the CD. This year each and every picture was separate. I remember this because I always had to cut the pictures in previous years so I know I received two 5×7’s as one, four 3×5’s as one sheet, etc. So the owner agreed to his«package» but NOT the total number of pictures I would receive! They clearly had the same packages but had changed the actual number of pictures you receive. I was also charged $ 20 for any additional poses over three, which I not been charged in previous years. When I tried to explain this, I was told by the owner that he was very clear with me about his packages. I indicated my frustration and that I would go somewhere else at which time the photographer told me verbatim«we aren’t asking you to come back». There was nothing offered to me to try and retain my business even though I have been going to Picture It Studios for several year and considered myself to be a loyal customer. Very poor customer service! Someone said«Buyer Beware» in another review of this place and I couldn’t agree more!

My first time using this company because I just needed one photo for social media but none came out looking acceptable, The business appeared to have stuff scattered between two rooms for taking photos and it seemed a little disjointed. We did not end up using any of the photos we paid for. Sandy did make an attempt to fix one of the photos but it was so over touched it ended up looking like plastic. I wrote several emails to see if we could get another sitting or at least choose a different photo but there was no response. I won’t be back but if you use this store make sure you go on a sunny day so you can go outside where they do a better job then in the studio.

Horrible customer service. Cheap and mediocre(at best) product. Rude and unprofessional owner. This«business» is a joke and should be avoided. Groupon offers what appears to be a great deal. $ 79 for«in studio or on location» photo shoot. Called and spoke to Shannon(manager) who tersely told me that there was an additional charge($ 50) for on location shoots. When I explained what the Groupon stated, she cut me off and told me there was no way they would do that. Later as I explained that it never stated anything in the fine print about additional charges, she curtly stated«too bad». Then when I explained we had been there before and utilized their services in the past, I was told they will not honor the Groupon for customers who had patronized them before. What? Also never stated in the fine print. To top it all off, the owner«Ryder» just called me to inform me that I was an «A-hole» for challenging his employees. Yup, the owner of a business that relies on customer service and word of mouth just called a customer an A-hole. I would warn people to steer clear of such a poorly managed and run company, but either way, it’ll spread. BUYERBEWARE.

I had some business headshots done recently and they were amazing. I cant take a picture of myself to save my life but the girls at Picture It were able to capture a light of me that I never saw. I know they would be able to make anyone look beautiful if you gave them the chance. I have recommended Picture It to many people already and I will continue to do so in the future.
