Never before have I been so grossed out. Placed an order for pickup, come home and take a sip of my lemonade and it’s literally FERMENTED. Tasted like straight up fruit rot. My bacon avocado BLT sandwich was bland, had 2 slices of avocado on the entire thing and the«sandwich artists» couldn’t even manage to put the ingredients on top of each other. Never coming here ever ever again.

This has been one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Jadrian’s warm welcome, positive energy, eagerness to help, and dedication to excellent customer service rank above and beyond nearly any I’ve encountered. His fellow staff were equal to ensure an amazing experience, one I won’t forget, and I’ll be sure to return soon. Thank you all!

The(fall) seasonal choices are very yummy. Enjoying the Fuji Apple Salad and Frontega Chicken Panini. The salad was fresh and crisp(not doused with dressing which is great) and the sandwich was perfectly toasted. Chipotle mayo? One cannot go wrong. Only down side was the bakery options were extremely limited, likely due to time of day(late afternoon). Staff is very warm and welcoming too!

Yay! They got my sandwich right! Let’s be honest, chain, typical, etc — nothing to wow about but let’s talk about the facts: over last 20 lunches, 13 were messed up in some way, shape or form. The employee to verify the order has to be sleeping on the job. The calls made are often just brushed off. Well, today’s surprise was great — a label from the Vermont Cheddar was in my sandwich(see picture). I am grateful that the cheese was still fine as its ok till 9÷1÷1511:24am. Anyhow … Enjoy at your discretion.

The service here is not great. They have a few good employees who attempt to help and make your experience a good one. However, one of their employees was extremely rude during the last experience here. He stood five feet behind the line texting on his phone and then complained to me about customers cutting him in line several times and told me he was«putting his foot down» so I would need to go after him. When a fellow employee pointed out that he did not appear to be standing in line, he got snarky with her and complained some more about how he could not go behind the counter and make his own food. He complained some more to his fellow co-worker that attempted to take his order. To top it off, the food was not that great. Someone from the corporate contacted me and sent me a $ 10 gift card to try to make up for it. I doubt I will ever come back to this Panera.

This Panera is one of my regular lunch spots. The food is not bad for a chain. I always get the Cobb Salad. The employees at this location are efficient and really nice — I can get my food quickly and run back to work.

This panera absolutely SUCKS. The telltale sign should’ve been the 5 employees near the counter yet after a few minutes of standing there NONE of them came to help. I was, at most, 10 feet away from the cluster of them. Meh service is expected from fast food, so I guess that’s excusable now. Food came out quick. Was that a good thing? Not really. Soup was piping hot, like let it sit for a solid 10 minutes before it can touch your face. It was also incredibly runny compared to other Paneras. The BLT had only one slice of avocado. So sad. Biggest reason I like going to panera is because their water quality is awesome. tastes like that 99.9% purified water. Not this panera! The water here tastes worse than tap. And if you like southern style sweet tea, go here! I’m a much bigger fan of Paneras typical perfectly, naturally sweetened iced green tea, but this was like drinking tap water, simple syrup, and a dash of green tea. Dining room was practically empty when I arrived, as well as through most of my visit, but it wasn’t until I was getting ready to leave that several of the dirty tables were finally being attended to.

This location is super convenient to work so normally it’s fine but today I watched three people behind the counter make one family’s order. All I was getting was a soup! And they STILL got the family in front of me’s order wrong! I almost fell asleep watching how slow they were moving!

I love Panera, but every time I come here, it feels like it’s everyone’s first day. They are always slow, and I want to say 50% my order is wrong or missing a soup or sandwich. The food always tastes good, so I’ll give them that. But, beware and check the order if you get it to go.

I’m all for the hearty soups, crispy paninis, and tasty pastries that Panera Bread is known for. This location has ample seating and the employees are attentive, although I wish that the food quality across the menu was more consistent. I stopped by for an early lunch with my friend and decided to step out of my usual soup in a bread bowl comfort zone and tried out the soba noodle bowl with chicken. As a major fan of anything with noodles in it, I was excited to try something new. The broth ended up being a little bit too salty for me, as I could only taste the heavy umami flavor, but I certainly enjoyed the chicken and noodles that were cooked exactly right. The soups, alas, are still my favorite item on the menu. My friend also wanted to try the soba noodles and requested that the roasted mushrooms be left out, but unfortunately the mix of vegetables are pre-packaged. That was a little bit disappointing, as she had to order something else and she often enjoys noodles just as much as I do. Still a great place to grab a sandwich or some soup, especially with the two menu item specials that they have.

Clean environment. Employees are all teens and got my order wrong. WiFi is terrible!!! Less than 1 Mbps download. LESSTHAN1! Really? Lol. As usually the food is good and the bakery items are amazing!

Stick with the bakery items only and you should be ok. The sandwiches aren’t good. My chicken salad sandwich was dripping(yuck). My son got a turkey sandwich. One piece of turkey on each sandwich half. Really? They were busy but c’mon. It took forever to get our food and more than one person was back at the counter complaining about the food. The employees were complaining about a lot. Manager obviously wasn’t there. Like I said — stick to the pastries and eat your regular meal elsewhere.

Being a former employee of Panera I am so sad that I have to review this location so poorly. I have gone in multiple times and been disappointed due to the lack of service and consistency of food production. I watched a line person argue with another customer about what THEY ordered as well as a cashier roll her eyes when asked a question. The food we ordered was different but we both got the same thing with different dressing. I would have probably never caught it if I had never made these meals myself. Ugh. So sad.

I love the Panera chain but this store is not up to par with the others when it comes to customer service and wait time. I’ve been here three times and each time waited at least three times as long as any other Paneras I have gone to. I came here at 6:00 a.m. before my hike last week to get a bagel sandwich for some fuel. The place was completely empty as they had just opened and the girls were prepping for the day. I ordered my sandwich, went to the restroom, came out and sat down for a while. After about 5 minutes I got restless and walked up to the counter to see who was working on my sandwich. I did not see anyone doing so. I asked one of the girls about my order. She looked very confused and started asking around. None of the girls had begun work on the order. I had to wait another 10 minutes before receiving my sandwich. I then was just in time to hit traffic on my way to the mountains. The food quality here is fantastic as it is at every Panera but something is up with their communication and food prep line. Go the one across from Children’s Hospital on Colfax. They are a much better store.

Haven’t been to Panera in a while and my visit yesterday was a reminder why. There was only one person in front of me and my friend, yet we stood there a good 10 minutes with no one even looking at us. While we waited, more people came in and that finally seemed to catch their attention. This kid called us up and I soon noticed that he’s not very familiar with the whole ordering process. It took forever for him to figure out where to find what I told him I’d like, which was the Pick Two option containing of the Mediterranean Chicken Salad and Mac and Cheese. My friend also got the Mac and Cheese. That night I threw up more than I ever have before. I’m talking like out of my nose kind of thing. It was bad. My friend was fine, so I know it was the Mediterranean Chicken Salad. To this day I cringe when someone mentions Panera Bread.

A –ok in my book! This location is a large restaurant with plenty of seating and parking with some seating outside. Service is friendly and fast. Food is good also great option for a healthier quick bite to eat without spending a lot of money. Menu has a lot of options and combinations like half sandwich /Salad and Soup also some tasty tea options. A great comfortable in and out place!

I love this panera. The staff is always nice, my food is always made perfectly. Also, at some of the other locations, it takes forever to get your food. At this one however even when super busy I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes ever. LOVE the green tea and the big kid grilled cheese. Definitely a fan of the broccoli cheddar soup as well. I could eat their baguettes for days, if my diet would allow it.

It’s my mid way place between home, the airport and/or my customer. Oftentimes I find myself passing this Panera Bread outlet coming or going from the above endpoints. Like all Panera, they have fresh options for lunch, and devious ways to bust your calorie budget, all at the same time. Although Panera boasts free Wifi, it is limited during lunch-time, so don’t expect to camp out during peak hours. My go to meal is some variation of the Pick-2 Sandwich, Soup & Salad options. I usually opt for Tuna, but the last time there I tried the Cuban Panini, which was hot & tasty, oozing with cheesy goodness. Downside is often untrained or disaffected service staff.
