Melodie is not only an outstanding pianist but — most importantly– she is passionate about teaching, fully dedicated and excels at it. She knows exactly how to motivate each and every one of her students and this translates into an amazing piano learning experience. Melodie also brings enough discipline so that you can learn at a great pace and with the proper technique –unlike when you try to do it by yourself.
Furthermore, the books that she uses for teaching are great since they combine multiple styles (classic, blues, jazz, traditional, rock, etc.) and make you fell like you can play amazing stuff right from the beginning.
The price is very reasonable and tt takes me only 15 minutes to get to her place from downtown Naperville. I am fully motivated and have learned incredibly fast in the past 6 months. Thumbs up!
