Midwest Pool Installers

We had our pool — bought at American Sales — installed by Midwest, last September. They put it up quickly and on time, and when I called them with some random questions, they were patient and helpful.
This year we opened it up and discovered a small leak in the pool return gasket, I called and talked to Kelly — she was very professional. She had to find our ppwk and told me someone would be in touch. I called the following day just to make sure they found out ppwk and heard back from a gentleman, I don’t know his name.
He told me he would be out on Thursday and take care of everything, with no need to drain the pool any. He actually ended up stopping there today (Wed) while we were at work and fixed the leak!
Overall a decent experience.
