Was passing by and ordered 2 Sausage burritos with hot sauce. Got all the way home and found they forgot the hot sauce. I called the 800 number and was told the restaurant would take care of the problem. I got a letter from Monica D(last name was not given) saying they were sorry but nothing to take care of the problem. I had asked for 2 free Sausage burritos(value of $ 2.19). I replied with a letter over 10 days ago with nothing. The multi million dollar food chain can’t give up $ 2.19 to solve a problem? I would avoid this location and continue west to the McDonald’s at West Galena near Walmart. Much better location. I am sure the company would love to know that this is the worst location in the city of Aurora. Avoid this location. There are others nearby.

This is the worst Mc D store. We got charge for sauces even when we order chicken select. This is rediculous. We’ve never experienced this kind of problem before. The workers are very rude. This is happen today Wed April 22, 2015 @ 3PM. See pictures for who are serving us that day. Also take a look at other reviewers they all give negative feedback for this store.

I live in the neighborhood and I love their coffee, but this particular location drives me up the wall. Their drive thru times are significantly longer than their corporate standard(I know because I work closely with corporate in my working life), their employees often misunderstand my order, and nearly every time I use their drive thru, I am asked to pull forward to wait. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes they have to do that to keep things moving, but they are a fast food establishment that pulls about every third car forward to wait several minutes for something designed to be convenient. I’d say that a huge part of the problem is that the non-English speaking employees simply can’t understand what I’m ordering, but there’s a younger white guy that has worked there for some time now and always seems dazed and confused(and always has to enter my order at least 3/times before charging the correct amount). Sure, I’ll continue to visit because its the closest location to my home, but this McDonald’s is consistently pretty terrible. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked for a straw, been told it was«in the bag» and driven off only to discover that the people working didn’t have enough common sense to think I’d need a straw with my beverage.

A comedy of errors, without the comedy I guess. This McD’s is walking distance from one of my offices, and occasionally I need coffee badly enough to subject myself to their cruel torture. The cashier always seems to be nervous and confused, and if I ever pay in cash I without fail get the wrong change back. Then comes the wait, precious minutes of my life slip away while I join the grumbling crowd of impatient customers. When my coffee is finally ready, somehow it is wrong: When I order iced, I get hot. I order hot, I get the wrong size. If I ask for cream, I get whipped cream — wtf? And sometimes it just doesn’t come at all. At least I leave feeling smart, though thoroughly irritated.

This McDonalds sucks! Everytime I order something from there there’s something missing! Their oatmeal is basically WATER, its gross! Don’t go there, for your own health PLEASE!
