My mother came here for inpatient rehabilitation after her knee replacement surgery last week. This was one of the facilities that Kaiser Permanente pays for 100% of the stay. My mother had a private room and we could come in at any time to visit. The facility does need renovations, but my mother has received superb care from the entire staff which includes the physical therapists(Sarah is great!), Certified Nurses Aides(LemLem, Concha, Albert), Nurses(Laura, Mary). Everyone was very helpful during my mother’s stay.

We placed our loved one in their care with confidence and reassurance that this facility would do exactly that. Care for him. Many reviews had said that the care center was more than adequate and had staff that was capable. However, our experience was not a good one to say the least. IFYOUWANTTOSLEEPATNIGHT– DONOTPLACEYOURLOVEDONEHERE. Our loved one returned to the hospital in two weeks with a serious condition that became untreatable and eventually led to his passing. Unsanitary incidences led to his TERMINAL health issues. These were brought up to management but he was brushed off. Here’s the thing, no place is perfect. When you entrust people to care for someone you cannot care for, you expect the very best effort put forward. There were kind caregivers but the unsatisfactory caregivers are not removed. Bottom line… that is a huge problem. We have heard awesome reviews of a care center in the Parker Adventist area. Good luck.
