They were great! I haven’t needed glasses in years due to having LASIK but it rapidly wore off this year and I needed glasses again for driving. They were able to get me in super quickly, the optometrist was friendly and professional. I had a lot of questions and he answered every question thoroughly. The customer service in the store part was top notch and I love my new glasses. I would definitely recommend this store and optometry practice.

RUDE! My wife and I came in to buy her a pair of Rayban Sunglasses. My 3 year old was harmlessly handing my wife some glasses to try on until an employee came up and whispered to me in a very condescending manor to give me a «heads up» that my daughter can’t touch the glasses because they have to sell them. My daughter was right at my side and I was fully supervising her every move. Their glasses were never in danger of having their resale value compromised. We were both shocked that an employee would find it critical enough to their job to whisper such information as if we were 3 years old too! We immediately left and will never return for prescription needs either.
We left Lenscrafters and walked down to Sunglass Hut where we were met by two extremely friendly girls one of which actually drew pictures with my daughter while my wife bought $ 300 Maui Jims. Take note Lenscrafters, that is how you treat a customer. Your inappropriate and rude employee just cost you my family’s business. We will no longer get our eye exams, prescription glasses, or sunglasses at your establishment.

My husband and I have been very impressed with this particular Lens Crafter shop. They are professional and personable and really know their business. I was VERY impressed with Jackie. She is the epitome of what the rest of the optical shops strive for; intelligent, professional and personable. I bought three pairs of glasses and my husband purchased two pairs. We were very impressed with the results. I would highly recommend this Lens Crafter shop. Jackie, you’re a winner!

I got an eye exam, prescription, new glasses and prescription sunglasses from here. I received great customer service from the employees. I brought my perception sunglasses back several times to adjust the tint — without paying any extra charge. They definitely stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

This place is great! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an optometrist or new glasses. All of the staff were wonderful. Prior to my appointment, I had an issue with my insurance, which they took care of happily and called to let me know everything was good. I walked in and immediately got a warm sincere greeting and checked in. I was in the doctors office within 5 – 10 minutes of arriving. I saw Dr. Chad, who was awesome! Very friendly, nice and made me feel very comfortable at the practice. Easily the best eye doctor I have ever been to. After we figured out my prescription and he checked my eyes, he took me out, told me to let him know personally if I needed any help selecting a frame and introduced me to Julie, who helped me pick out new frames and processed my insurance. I doubt I ever would have made a decision on frames without her suggestions and opinion on different styles — she was so nice and helpful. She also tightened the screws on my sunglasses I had been wearing while I was looking at glasses. While making my final selection, Dr. Chad came back out and started chatting with me again and gave me his opinion on frames too. I don’t think I have ever had such an attentive, sweet staff at a doctors office. They also had my glasses ready for me within an hour, compared to the 3 – 4 weeks I was used to waiting at other doctors. I will be back and I will recommend them to everyone. Such a great pleasant experience! Thank you all!

Staff fitting the glasses are top notch, without a doubt! Receptionists are not very professional (letting child play under the desk while I’m trying to pay and make follow up appointment) and extremely defensive when I questioned some of the exam fees. Why is an exam fee only good for 3 months? I don’t think that is normal in other vision centers.

They are great crafters of lenses. Both the doctors here (husband/​wife) team, are great eye doctors. I’ve seen both of them over the years. All the staff are also super helpful (so much so that if you’re just browsing frames you might have to tell upwards of 5 people that you’re «just looking»). They’ll do free adjustments for you or put a screw back in or just generally be helpful. Absolutely nothing wrong there.
The only reason this is a 4, not a 5, is that they do have a limited selection of frames. When we were looking the cheapest we found was about $ 130 for a decent frame. And it went up and up from there. I think my frames are normally like $ 250.
They usually have coupons, tho, or some kind of deal going on if you buy the lenses/​frames together or buy 2 complete sets of glasses or whatever. So make sure you look for the deal!

I had been here before to shop with my hubby, but this time I actually got my eye exam, glasses and contacts at this location.
I thought the doc was very helpful and took the time to explain changes in my prescription, lasik (and why I wasn’t a good candidate) and really all my questions. I found him knowledgeable and thorough.
I also like their selections of glasses. Now, nothing here is really cheap (the cheapest I saw was in the $ 120 range), but they are reasonable and the sales people are genuinely helpful about styles and fit.
It is also easy to order your contacts through the doc. I did find their per box rate a tad high, but if you are using vision insurance it might be just easier to pay a few extra bucks.
All in all it was a great experience. I would go back!
