Dr. Kinsella has been my primary doctor for more than 5 years. Although her schedule isn’t always convenient for me(she works Tuesdays and Thursdays only), she’s made me feel comfortable at every appointment. This morning I decided to call to get an appointment about the lump on my neck. I was shocked when the nurse asked if I could come in at 9:30. I expected to have to wait at least a week. She’s been flexible and accomodating when I wanted to openly discuss tapering off of medications. I’ve gone to her for my pap tests, but when I needed something more specialized, I got a great referral. I’ve also seen other doctors at this practice for more minor things, like a sore throat. Waiting room is large and clean, and it’s usually free of screaming children. My wait generally isn’t long, although they could make it feel shorter by getting some better magazines than«Family Fun» and better posters than informative stuff on emphysema and COPD, which I learned I did not have after reading the poster during my wait. Not that I suspected I did. The nurses here are friendly as well.
