Agreed with Sam on the customer service. When they get busy, which seems to be every time I go there, it’s impossible to get one-​on-​one attention. The last time I went I actually walked out the door with my new suit without so much as a thank you or goodbye since the staff was waiting on other customers.
That being said, I’m impressed with the quality of the suits, shirts and ties. I actually purchased my first suit ever from them and think it’s well worth the money spent. I plan on going back today for some shirts and a couple pairs of pants.

I went to purchase two suits, probably looking to spend $ 1,000, told the guy what I was looking for, the phone rings, the guy walks away. He gets off the phone, a customer walks in. It was like I wasn’t a customer. Bad service, and I’ll never go there again.
