I ordered from the app at around 12:15. It is now 1:05 and I just got my food. I called the store to speak to a manager and she was incredibly rude and all the explanation I got was«we’re short a driver. Your food is on its way» What a great way to treat your customers!

If I have the option to give it a zero star I would. From reading all the reviews I now know what they mean about the rude manager and employees. Not participating in the $ 1 sub for customers appreciation day. This tell me that your store doesn’t appreciate your customers at all. You don’t know how much money you had lost because most people are at the Jimmy John’s that involved with the $ 1 sub. I rather drive the next 5 or 10 mins to South Rt 59 or to the one on Gartner than to give you my business.

Went there every day for three years got one bad sandwich went in to buy another sandwich next day told owner that my sandwich was messed up told me I shoulda told him yesterday good by don’t come back didn’t want a free sandwich just wanted to tell him it was bad and he told me to get lost rudest person I’ve ever met not to mention he owns the place will never go back

I order online from this location due to it being closer to my job. Out of all the times I have ordered whether it’s five sandwiches, or one they come an hour later sometimes even longer. I always have to call and make sure they got my order or to see why it is taking so long and every time it is because they only have one driver– It’s unfortunate.

I want to tell everyone first. .i am a jimmy johns LOVER of their sandwhiches on a sunday me and my wife went to THIS store NEVERAGAIN… WHY…very simply GREED… I kindley asked after my oder in which i got 2 sandwhiches 2 chips and a soda if they had extra day old bread, i have been at stares where they span between as low as 25 cents a piece to 50 cents on the high Z((river st location)) far better than this one, a young girl with a scowl told me 83 cents a piece. i asked if i got multiple breads if i could get a discount she said with a scowl 83 thats what we charge i explained that i usually get them for 50 cents, she said well we are not that store this is a franchise, and the owner charges 83 cents no exceptions… My final synopsis this lady because of how rude she was, as i am a director of a major company here locally, i wouldnt go back neither would i reccomend, SOMETIMES less is more, i wasnt trying to take advantage i was simply asking for a fair and COMMAN offer that i have been used to with other jimmy johns, my wife although she is very quiet, was very taken back by this girls attitude… go to a different JJ’s they will treat you much better…

BIG sandwiches… got the Italian Night Club. Lots of meat, lettuce and dressing equaled a very flavorful taste. Would choose this place over other sandwich spots in the area.

Picked up a Tuna unwhich for my wife and get rotten lettuce. Yes rotten– when it’s a soggy gross slim hole in the middle of the sandwich. One thing to make a rotten sandwich but another thing for the owner to be very disrespectful. When he told my wife just don’t come back here if you don’t like it. Over sensitive owner when his store is the ones that sent out the rotten food– perhaps he is tired of getting complaints? I’ll find another Jimmy Johns and suggest you do as well. A quote from Yahoo answers: «Rotten lettuce is slimy and has a garbagey smell. if it was really rotten, you would have known! it would have been so disgusting you would not have wanted to eat it.» We knew it and didn’t eat

I’ve waited over an hour and forty-five minutes for my food. I called after 45 minutes and was told that the food was on the way. However, after 70 minutes I called back. I was placed on hold for 6 minutes by the manager that said she didn’t know where our food was. I asked to speak to the owner(Karl). He refused to give me a refund and was very rude. He stated that he would not be in business if he gave refunds and that delivery times are not guaranteed. We are still waiting for our food. I’ve been a regular customer but I will no longer give them my business after the way I was treated. Definitely NOT Freaky Fast!

Orders from this location sometimes arrive very late(more than 1 hour after the expected delivery time). Sometimes they never arrive. For those of us with a scheduled lunch break, this can be a huge problem. It is not a problem whatsoever for the owner, Mr. Rambow. He is quite adept at passing the blame. There was a problem with the online ordering system or he doesn’t have enough workers. It is not«his» fault. Complain and he will call you belligerent. Take your business to someone who actually cares about their customers.

I can’t come here anymore!!! What is this??? I use to love this location but I get there today and there was a lady in line ordering sandwiches and she took forever!!! There were two registers, you would think another associate would get on the register so there would not be a line but instead they stared at us!!! So I got annoyed and my agitation started to show. That’s when they tried to hurry the lady along because the lady acted like she never been to a jimmy johns before and by now more people were coming in. Anyway I guest one of the associates finally saw my face and proceeded to ask me what sandwich I needed while the cashier was still dealing with the lady who was taking forever in front me. I placed my order and the associate made my order and gave it to me while I still had to wait on this lady in front of me so I can pay. Like come on! I finally had my sandwich in hand and was able to pay and leave. Not once did the cashier apologize for the wait or even bother stung thanks for the purchase but the young girl who made my sandwich did apologize for the wait so I do appreciate that. Now I finally make it to work bc it was my lunch hour. I unwrapped my sandwich and it seemed like they just gave me nothing but tomato and bread. It was like a small amount of lettuce, a slice of cheese and two slices of ham. I was not a happy camper to say the least. Anyway I love the fact that this place is clean and usually efficient and usually has great customer service but lately they been slacking… I think I will go out of my way to make it to pot belly or jersey mikes.

I had this Jimmy Johns just deliver to me. A lady handed me my order. As I close the door, it hits me… My order reeked of smoke. My cup smelled of smoke so of course my hands now smelled of smoke which I now eat my food with. Totally ruining my appetite. The bag smelled too. They should not have heavy smokers whose cars reek off smoke have customers food in them. The odor carries. Never having them deliver again if I decide to Order from there again. Wish I could get the tip back.

I didn’t request anything special, but they messed up my sandwich and I have to say — the employees here(minus the cashier guy) are f-ing morons! There’s nothing fast about Jimmy John’s, I’m so tired of that«freaky fast» slogan they’ve got. Maybe their delivery service can hustle, since anytime I’ve been in Jimmy John’s there’s a sandwich maker spending time on catering orders and ignoring people who are present. When it came down to actual patrons physically present, there weren’t many, and no one was waiting before me. Whatever system they follow that makes things a priority blows. So I stood there, and I watched Seniorita Sandwichmaker with her greasy hair make at least 4 sandwiches before she looked up and said, «what are you waiting for?» I told her, «beach club,» and she got on it — almost right away. Then she passed the sandwich to another employee who just kept yelling, «NUMBER12? NUMBER12?! DIDYOUHAVE A NUMBER12?» Well, shit lady, I didn’t memorize the number to my sandwich and I can’t see the menu, so I GUESS I did. I got back to work, and my sandwich was heaping with lettuce. And no bean sprouts. It sucks that you can’t see behind their counter while they make your sandwich. Since I wasn’t at the restaurant, a missing ingredient or wrong order really, really, makes me mad. Especially since they heaped on 3x as much lettuce instead. The bread, and sandwich, isn’t anything special, and I much prefer Jersey Mike’s, Potbelly’s, or even the redheaded step-child of sandwiches, Subway.

Fast service, clean location and fresh food. It’s everything you love about Jimmy John’s. I don’t use this location for delivery. But it’s a nice spot to eat lunch or an early dinner after shopping at the mall(just a few miles up the road). It’s nice, quiet and not jammed with people. Plus the staff is extremely friendly. That’s always a plus in my book.
