Impressive Cleaners

THEY STEAL YOUR CLOTHES!!!
I have been going there for a year or longer and the last time my husband picked up our clothes without knowing what I dropped off. Instead of his $ 300 perfect condition Burberry dress shirt only worn on a few special occasions we got some cheesy off brand shirt that doesn’t even fit him and isn’t his. They supposedly searched the store without finding it and then said we could fill out a claim. All claims require a receipt which of course we can find. Even if we could the shirt is a couple years old but barely worn and would be depreciated. I don’t know if it’s a racket or just one bad person but it’s not worth it. I married my husband in that shirt. Don’t trust them.

If you love your garments you will not take your items to be cleanen or should i say ruined. They are false advertising by saying items are dry cleaned… no they are machine washed and most of the time not cleaned at all! I should have stopped patronizing this business after smelling weird odors on several garments, instead I retirned with a expensive coat that said on the label dry clean only, «Impressive Cleaners» washed it and it shrunk 3 sizes, faded to several different shades and down goose feathers coming out of every seam. Stay as far as you csn from this cleaners… THE WORST IN TOWN!

I got tired of paying $ 80-​$ 100 every time I went to the dry cleaners and decided to try this place. It has all been good. I find their work just fine and the price is an 80% discount to my old cleaners. Who wouldn’t like that? Their hours are more limited than my old place, but I have adapted. Try it, I bet you will like it.

They will promptly and cheaply ruin your clothes.
My last three orders (and shame on me for going back) had pre-​treated stains that they marked and still didn’t get out (but didn’t tell me they couldn’t get them out), laundered a shirt I asked to be dry cleaned and ruined one of my scarves. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Why cant i give 0 stars!!! this place is terrible! My mother and i went friday or saturday to get my dads shirts and they smelled terrible. My mom ent to pick them up and they still smelled like motor oil and mildew. They’re no excuses for that especially since my dad doesnt work on cars. Oh yea and they’re black stains on two out of 3 of the shirts. I dont know of its under new management but theyre was another ladyt with our same complaints as us. I hope the recession takes this shit hole down!

Eek! Methinks not is the perfect way to sum up the answer to the question: should I do business with this company? NO! They ruined a very expensive shirt of mine. When I asked them what they were going to do, the owner told me, «There’s nothing I can do.» Really? Because last time I checked, business owners are the ones who have many options to keep their customers happy. Instead, the owner told me that if I used social media to rate his business, he would have me arrested. I would never go here again and absolutely not recommend this business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
In response to the owner: it is interesting that when I went to pick up the shirt, it had been dry cleaned. You should make it a habit to call customers, let them know of pre-​existing damage, and hold it for them to come pick it up. The $ 70 garment had no pre-​existing damage prior to me dropping it off. When I went to pick it up, they wouldn’t let me take it. However, I saw the garment. It had been dry cleaned.
Spend the extra money to avoid this place at all costs. The owner was very rude and threatening.
