Farmers Insurance – Chungsoo Ha

This office doesn’t even deserve one star for crappy attitude they gave my mother!!! But I HAD TO give them at least one star to Write a review!
What’s the point in having a Korean insurance agent if they’re not even going to help and do their job!!!
I will never recommend this agent only speak of the agent to warn others not to follow my mothers mistake of thinking a Korean agent would be more helpful then a non Korean agent.

I emailed my agent about filing hail damage claim and within 20mins I received a call from CLAIMS DEPT. The adjuster called me the next day and came to look at my car and handed me my check the same day!!!
FARMERS seems to think that if someone calls to file a claim they are supposed to personally go get an estimate of the damage themselves. Did I mention my patents chose this agent because he spoke the same language? Yet here they are telling my mother to go get an estimate. What’s wrong with this? Seriously?
Well FARMERS, you had a good few years suckering my parents out of their hard earned money but now it’s time to say GOODBYE and now you’re the suckers for losing good business!!!
