Dunkin’ Donuts

I go to pick up my ice coffee almost every day… very nice staff… coffee is the same everywhere… but 5 stars for customer service.

I visit this location every morning. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. Service is fast, in and out. Product quality is above average compared to other locations in the area. Stop here!!! You won’t regret it

I wonder why I was charged 2.08 even though DD is promoting .99 Dark Roast through October 5^th? I went today! I love this place, but DON’T LIE TO ME DUNKIN!

Nice staff. The owner (I believe) gave my girls a couple of donut holes each when he saw them in the backseat for «being so good». I hate to say it though… I go here about once a week and my order gets messed up about 40% of the time. It’s only a coffee order with straightforward «add-​ins». I will continue going here though since it’s closest to my house. Sometimes I just get the coffee black and then add the milk/​sweetener when I get home.

I visited this location this morning. Most of the employees are always very pleasant, and I’ve never had an issue there before.
This morning, however, there was a white woman with longer light brown hair there that, as I stood at the counter, walked out of the back room with a nasty look on her face. She scowled while looking at the screen and putting her gloves on. Then she nastily shouted into the back room «Do you want sausage or bacon? This says bacon!» It was so rude and I was disgusted with it, even though I had now only seen this woman for 45 seconds. If she had said anything to any of the ladies behind the counter helping customers, I would have said something to her. INCREDIBLY rude woman. I also sent a note to corporate.

It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It gave me exactly what I wanted, in short order. I don’t understand why people call this the worst location ever– they need to go out to the Montgomery DD and check that place out.
I will agree that the coffee is bolder here than at other Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t mind, however. It’s coffee. It’s supposed to wake you up.

This location is the WORST Dunkin Donuts ever! DD has always been a consistently good chain, but the store on New York St. is a joke. They are super slow and screw up orders on the regular. How these idiots stay in business is a mystery to me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very nice store with drive-​thru which is a must really. I haven’t been able to come here during my workday commutes because it’s West of where I live and I’m heading East. But I do drop by on weekends.
I like their iced coffee better than the Starbucks down the way. Very friendly women staff the drive thru window. Great service, prices, convenient. Can’s ask for more. Thanks!

They Just put this D&D in. Coming from NYC D&D is my favorite. I am just glad they put on on the way to work for me. This D&D is still new and has very little hiccups that I can see. It is a bit tucked away and not very busy which is nice. However after this review they might get a bit more customers.
