When considering a horse lease, I wanted to learn more about Australian saddles as an option for a draft cross. Even though I was clear I wasn’t ready to purchase anything, Lance spent the better part of an hour attentively answering questions, measuring me and looking at the withers tracings I brought, and hauling out saddles for me to try from their stock room. He stuck to my price parameters and was honest about the pro’s and con’s of each model and the best bang for my buck.
Make no mistake: this is a huge saddle warehouse, a veritable mecca, with literally every saddle they offer in stock. They’ve got a life-​size horse model so you can see and practice the whole tack set-​up, positioning, etc. Combined with the friendly, informative customer service, this is a great place to visit. I have no doubt my next saddle will come from them!

I was told my saddle would ship 4÷30÷12 and I’d receive an email. 3 days went by and i hadn’t received anything. I called and was «helped» by a very snippy, prissy man whose attitude made me feel like he was doing me a favor by helping me. He knew I wanted me saddle, but seemed intent on torturing me by making me ask alot of questions about how I will know when to go pick up my saddle. The customer service here has let me down MULTIPLE times. They have you by the short ones if you’re trying to find an Australian Saddle, because there is only one other supplier in the US.
